We recently had someone come onto our front porch late in the evening. When we turned on the outside light they hastily ran away. We live in a remote area where there is little ambient outside light. In order to discourage such unannounced visitors in the future I purchased this motion activated light. I have set it on mode 2, which keeps the light dark until it detects movement, then comes on full bright to illuminate the walkway at the front of the porch. It sees movement from about 25 ft. away and stays on for 15 seconds after the movement stops. The unit is well made and attractive. It also looks like a camera so would add an additional element of concern to someone with nefarious intent. Great product--just what I need.

This is the best solar light I have bought, lights up a wide area and take very little sunlight to charge. They also look great I bought two of these easy install.

We have a dumping problem but not nearby electrical outlet, so hoping these work well for deterrence! So far, the solar works. It could improve by providing longer weather-proof screws, but what it came with would be OK for regular use

I’ve only had this camera for 5 days, the first 4 days have been completely sunny and today is a wet day and when I took the picture.First, the motion detection works great.Second, the RED light for the imitation camera looks and works great.Third, the appearance looks greatI have 8 solar lights around my house, 2 each on the east, west, north and south of the house.All of them are 800 lumens. The description indicates this imitation camera / Light was 800 lumens, that was the deciding factor, but I would say it’s more light 200 maybe 300 lumens at the most.

Very easy to set up and install.Have a nice bright light.Motion sensor works great.Love the red flashing light that makes it look like a video camera.I've installed along with cameras so the light illuminates and then my camera takes a picture. So far just wildlife !!Love the solar panels so I don't have to wire in.Hopefully they will last a decent time.Seem very good price and quality.

I love this dummy camera as it will do everything I need for our property in the southern Arizona desert. We have it fenced but still get an occasional undocumented visitor from the South. The camera has been really easy to install, looks like a real camera with the flashing red light constantly going. The shipping was fast and intact. It was easy to set up, just hold the button for 3 seconds. It will then detect movement and all the lights come on like a searchlight. I'm going to buy another one for the front gate soon. Highly recommended.
