Fits right, good compression.
These are tall calf-length socks. My inseam is 27 inches (pretty short I know, but my spine makes up for it I'm 5'11" overall) and these come all the way up the calf to just below my knee. Perfect for what I need. They stretch nicely to provide decent compression across the entire ankle and calf. They even hug the feet snugly. So if you are intending to use these for diabetic care, I think they will do some good and help you keep your feet longer. The compression is noticeable, but not uncomfortable. I wore them for 36 hours straight to break them in, no problems. Only slight evidence of some lines left on my leg when I took them off. And they held up to the first wash, even though they say specifically to hand wash and air dry. I'm sure over time the elastic will degrade if I keep machine washing them, but then I'll just get new ones.I also tried some of the "Doctor's Choice" brand socks when I got these, to compare which ones fit better. The Doctor's Choice brand is terrible, they give me ZERO compression and they keep sliding down my ankles. They're too short for my legs, too WIDE/LOOSE for my legs. Best for people with big cankles I guess. So I DO NOT recommend the Doctor's Choice brand. But THIS brand, the Core-Spun, is pretty good.

Comfortable compression, easy to put on
My husband was told by his doctor that he should start wearing compression socks but they didn’t need to be high compression…pretty much any level was ok as long as it was something. I set out to find the perfect compression socks and have probably spent a couple hundred dollars with all the brands and styles we’ve tried…low, medium, high, and graduated compression.Out of all of them, these are literally the only ones we wears. We even got a fancy device to help put on compression socks, but we had a hard time with it. My husband has thick calves so that might be part of the reason, but it took a huge amount of time and effort for both of us to get his socks on with the other brands where he can put these on himself. They aren’t a huge amount of compression so probably not for everyone, but he says they are very comfortable. They have a lot of stretch so they can open up almost twice as wide as his foot when putting them on. He has the XXL size. The graduated compression makes them easy to pull up and wear all day without his legs swelling over top like with stronger compression socks (even the ones for wide calves). They are a little on the thicker side. More like casual or athletic socks, not thin like dress socks. He would prefer them to be solid black, but his shoes cover the gray on the bottom. After he liked the first pair so much, I bought a few more. They aren’t cheap but they’re definitely worth it. They recently went on a huge sale so I grabbed four more. Now I’m thinking of getting some for myself and I don’t even need compression socks.

that is was compression style
I wanted compression socks but did not want the knee type. I got the crew size which was exactly what I needed. Wanted something that would cover my ankles and provide the support I needed. These socks are very easy to put on and are very comfortable.

Comfortable and effective!
My husband needs to be in compression socks much of the time but the traditional ones are so difficult to get on. These he can get on by himself, and finds them so comfortable that he actually seeks them out even on days he doesn’t need compression. Thank you for making these socks! He has L and XL. The XL are for days he needs more comfort than compression, yet they still do a great job with his swelling. The L are effective yet still easy to get on.

After back surgery to combat fluid retention in ankles and feet.
These fit a 5’ 1/2” size 7 female foot perfectly. They are warm & comfy. Maybe a little too warm for August/September but will be great for Fall/Winter in Kansas.

Excellent fit and function
Finally compression socks I can get on easily, and they do a *great* job of reducing swelling.
