The media could not be loaded.  Happy to report this is as good as the previous models, with a bigger battery! Had zero hiccups connecting to phone unlike the previous model, so definitely a super smooth experience over all.I've been using the previous model most days for several hours (cleaning has become a thing), and despite the occasional bluetooth glitch (which plopping them back in the case and removing again fixes) very happy still!Going to paste my previous review because it still applies:August 27, 2019----------------------------------------------------------TL;DR good sound quality, seemingly well made (no issues so far), good ergonomics, good battery lifeThe earbuds connect straight away out of the case, no fiddling with buttons. Touch controls work reasonably intuitively.Sound quality is more than adequate for what I'm using them for (gym, work).Giving 5/5 because really it'd be a 9/10 for me because of some of the quirks, but I'm more than happy to give it a 5 star review due to the price point and what you get for it.

So using this product initially was frustrating.. I charged it, and took it out of box, and tried paring it.. No luck. I finally googled YouTube videos, and learned that you can turn it on by pressing on it, and you would see red lights on them. That right there helped me diagnose further the issue with mine.. I noticed mine would not even turn on. I couldn't figure out why. Started scratching on the contact point for the ear buds, and felt something peeling.. Turned on my flashlight, and voila.. they have tiny, blue transparent stickers on the contact points!! no wonder it wouldn't charge.. Why is that even on there? I've bought 5 ear buds, and none of them have had that. I peeled them off, and voila.. the red indicator lights turned on when I put them back in the case. It works fine today, and paired instantly. Taking off 1 star for NOT mentioning about the little blue stickers on the contact points!

I bought these in part because the description boasted a longer battery life and I have NOT been disappointed. These were delivered on Dec 29 and I’m writing this review on Feb 4. I charged them once when I got them, and one other time when the power indicator dropped to 2 out of 4 lights. The power indicator still shows 4 lights from that second charge. I don’t listen to them for hours at a time every day, but for my needs they have been impressive.These earbuds stay in my ear better than anything I’ve had before. Sound quality is as expected for my needs, I’m not sure I would even appreciate a “super high quality” sound in an earbud. They have good volume range, my music sounds great, and the silicone caps do a great job of blocking outside noise.One thing that has given me the smallest amount of grief is the sensor in the earbud used to pause, skip, etc. I’m not sure if it’s the shape of my ear or the size of my finger or possibly the angle the earbuds fit in my ear, but I have a difficult time with commands that require multiple taps. Although all of the tap commands work as promised, I find that it’s usually easier for me to just use my phone or my watch to change songs.Overall, these earbuds have far exceeded my expectations, not just for THIS price, but for any price point. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for bluetooth earbuds.

While looking for a good deal on earbuds for prime day, had no luck finding someone I thought worth the price for the features and recent reviews, then I remembered these. Purchased as a graduation gift for my son and after losing mine, kept "borrowing" his earbuds to take to work. Sound quality is good for the price point, bass sounds nice, not as strong as my previous pair but good enough for my music. You can use each bud individually. I usually only wear one while working. Over four hours of continuous music. Usually can go my entire 8hr shift with the same earbud in. Case is on the small side which I like, it can fit in my pocket without being in the way while I work. Also, they fit well for me, I do have smaller ears and use the small size replacement buds it comes with. So here I am, back to buy set #2

The buds worked for about 20 minutes. When they worked the sound was quite good actually. The annoying thing was that every time they would slip in my ear and I'd have to adjust them, no matter where I touched them, one or both would shut off and I'd have to keep messing with them to get them back on again. There's no apparent specific spot on the buds that is a touchpad as the whole thing seems to be. After about 20 minutes they stopped working and wouldn't re-sync with my iPhone. I've spent way too much time messing with them and re-charging them (hoping somehow that would reset them), rebooting my phone, etc. but nothing is working. There's a card in the box with support information (it actually says "No Happy?" instead of "Not Happy?" which isn't a good sign). I emailed them 3-4 days ago and haven't received a response yet. So it's time to return them and try to find a pair that actually works.

These are absolutely amazing! I have AirPods, and I honestly hate that they’re uncomfortable after twenty minutes. I got these because they were inexpensive in comparison and couldn’t be happier! They have passive noise cancelling (it works wonderfully if you need to ignore an annoying classmate) and the sound quality is insane. They are so comfortable to wear, and I can rest my head on a pillow without having to take one out. These earphones charge a bit slower than my AirPods but last 3x longer! Definitely recommend these to anyone tired of their ears (and wallets) hurting from Apple!

el diseño es bueno pero lo único que de verdad me parece mal es que para contestar una llamada tienes que dar dos golpes en la zona del centro del audífono y no es tan simple pues unas veces acepta otras no y si lo haces mal esos golpes desconectan el bluetooth y debes volver a conectar, por lo que lo mas practico es contestar la llamada en el teléfono e inmediatamente ordenar al teléfono que el sonido salga por el bluetooth, muy complicado sin embargo el sonido de las llamadas es bueno.

Funcionou dois dias e depois aparecia os fones Esquerdo e Direito separadamente para conexão. O Iphone não permite conectar dois separadamente. Adicionalmente o grave é muito ruim

Muito difícil fazer os dois fones funcionarem juntos. Desanimador, parei de tentar usar.

Além da excelente qualidade, o preço é honesto, tornando o equipamento acessível a muitas pessoas.
