Very nice indeed
It is a bit container but it is 2kg. Still is so delicious that will not last . Highly recommended. At the beginning I thought it had flakes but no i missred the label. But it is powder. For me 3 teaspoons is enough. Recommended dose is 25/30 gr. It is up to you to adjust the dosage. Beware Is a big container. But it is delicious.

Tasty but expensive
I've tried this and the Maya Luxury Hot Chocolate version. I much prefer the Dark but I'm baffled by people saying it's good value. It's a good quality product but it's not a drinking cocoa, as it has a ton of sugar added and it's not in the same orbit as the typical luxury dark chocolates which you can buy in the supermarket. If you bought the top name brand cocoa powder and added sugar in a 3:1 ratio to get a similar sort of mix then the name brand is about a third cheaper even when bought in much smaller pack sizes. The reviewed product doesn't have the characteristic bitter taste of a real luxury dark chocolate drink, but frankly that's not my preference. In a chocolate bar, absolutely, but not in a drink - in my opinion.Dissolves easily, just remember to premix with a small amount of milk/water first to work the lumps out.

If You Like Your Dark Chocolate Sweet...
I seem to be missing the scoop from mine, so I had to bring out the Heston Precision Scales to measure 1 scoop - 30g of Belgian chocolate powder. For the price, this is excellent value for a massive 2kg tub of premium instant cocoa.Though suprisingly, for a dark chocolate, this one is only 35% cocoa which is quite low for dark chocolate. Even Maya's Belgian Chocolate Flakes in 1kg has 50% cocoa. The method is simple:• Scoop out the required amount into a standard 200ml mug.• Add a *dash* of boiling water and stir vigorously till it's a thick shiny paste. Its important it's just a dash. It melts quickly anyway.• Add hot milk and keep stirring till smooth.I've tried a number of variations:~ Coconut milk, a rich and decadent taste, though not my favourite of the three that Maya do.~ Oat milk, a more nutritious tasting chocolate milk that can be enjoyed as an ice cold milkshake. Made in the same way and then chilled. In my trial with the three varieties, we likes the flavour of this the least with oat milk as the sweetness really came though.~ With whole cow's milk. Which reigns supreme in our household for a classic hot cocoa.I've also made this one using the frother wand on the Sage coffee machine. This way it makes a decadent, smooth, creamy, sweet cocoa, complete with micro bubbles.A point of Caution:It does has a massive 65.3% sugar. Some may find this too sweet. Of the three that Maya have made, this one is the sweetest. For a dark chocolate' mix, it tasted overly sweet to me and not nearly dark enough in flavour.Just one more thing:This is not a gourmet chocolate like that which can be had at chocolatiers in Paris. It's not made with 100% cocoa, it's not rich, dark or very viscous. I make this type at home too, though its more time consuming as it has to be simmered down to acheive the classic french version. This is more of a quick, albeit, sweet treat.

Absolutely delicious
So glad I took the risk and bought this. Much better than anything I've tried from the supermarket.Rich chocolate taste, not too sweet and mixes well into the milk.
