Number one honey by far!
I have tried many different honeys for both taste and medicinal purposes. Manuka honey is the winner. It will be my go to choice from now on. Worth every penny!

So many benefits! You owe it to yourself to give this a try!
I have always heard of the medicinal uses of this honey but really never knew what it could do. I did a lot of research on this product. It is an active 15+ UMF which the minimum UMF rating recognized is UMF 5, however, it is not considered beneficial unless it carries a UMF 10+ level of antibacterial activity in the honey. Anything ranging from UMF10-UMF15 is a useful level, and anything UMF16 and up is considered a superior quality. So this is at a perfect level to be of great use. Now what kind of things can it help with. Manuka honey is very beneficial at reducing reflux and balancing your digestive system to heal stomach and intestinal imbalances. It can be used topically to reduce acne, help with eczema, on burns, wounds, and ulcers to promote healing, it can even be used to reduce chances of MRSA. It can be used to reduce allergies, boost immunity, to reduce pain of a sore throat, help tooth decay and gingivitis, you can even mix it with milk and it will help your body's natural meletonin production. This is such an awesome product with so many great benefits. So I'm sure at this point you are thinking, yeah it has great benefits but I'm sure it tastes horrible. You couldn't be farther from the truth, it had a great taste, kinda like a strong honey. I am so glad I got to get this! Healthy AND Delicious
Effectiveness: I found this honey to be effective for clearing up rashes, reducing swelling, and settling upset stomaches. It works quickly and as far as I can tell there are no negative side effects (except maybe honey cravings...)Taste: This honey is absolutely delicious! It's creamy and sweet enough that you only need a small amount to sweeten tea or toast. It tastes slightly different than traditional honey, but not in a bad way.Definitely worth the price if you're using it for medicinal use!! Highly recommend
