Chemical Guys Acc_2009 Ultimate Fire Hose Car Wash Nozzle

Just picked this up and it's my first CG product. I am more of a fan of Adam's Polishes, but they discontinued their fire hose nozzle. I never spent more than $5 on a nozzle, so getting this feels like a Cadillac in the sea of Honda's that I've been using through the years. It's lightweight, durable, and sprays 100x better than any other nozzle I have owned. I love the stready stream and pressure from this thing. I know people say you need good pressure to have a good stream, etc - well, the pressure at my house isn't exactly breath taking. This nozzle works fantastic.I paired it with a quick disconnect fitting (that has a seal valve) so I can put it back in the auto detail bag when done.

I found this was not a good solution for trying to wash my vehicle. I invested in an expensive hose and wanted a good quality sprayer. I chose a different chemical bros sprayer with the handle. The fire hose style didn’t work well in my opinion.

Bought an ACC2011 three months ago and it was awesome. Better pressure and distance of spray than any hose I ever used. Then I went to buy another………..and got this ACC-2009. Absolutely horrible spray patterns, distance and pressure. How come the good one is now discontinued and this one is so bad? Sounds like somebody went for the bottom line and that’s it. Update: Tested both on the same hose, same water pressure. This ACC-2009 only sprayed about half the distance even though flow and pressure were the same. Old model engineered far better. The spray of the new model ACC-2009 is anemic.

The adjustability is great. The only problem is that the water does not completely stop flowing unless I shut of the water at the spigot.

Sprays water like a fire hose with good spray or stream pattern.

I have had mine since June of 2016, it just now is showing signs of wear. I need to replace the rubber o ring, just have to track one down. It works so great, even my neighbor tried stealing it one day....he loves the Chemical Guys line of products.

works very well, very solid construction. I even accidentally drove over it with my truck, and not even a scratch on it.

Very simple design that works with the pressure it builds in its self, soaker through spray options are all amazing and wide variety of pressure created if used correctly. Love it for watering yard/gardens/flower pots/filling buckets and EXTREMELY PERFECT FOR WASHING THE CAR.I’ve been detailing cars for 20 years and dislike pressure washers. This is the exact nozzle for a detailer!!

Low pressure. Spray is very wide. Good for fire fighting not so great for washing a car.
