I would recommend putting it on at least 15min before bed as feels a little strange. You do get used to it however and more importantly it works. Never used an anti snoring product before but this one is brilliant, easy to use and not so expensive to take a risk and order.

Effective device
Thought this was excellent at keeping airways open but had to stop using as a safety concern . This is small and my husband woke up with it in his mouth twice which is a choking hazard
