The knee pads turned out to be better than I thought. Use them for snowboarding. They stay in place and don't creep down your leg.. The pads are thick enough for impact protection and have a hard feel on the outside but are still flexible. You forget you have them on. According to the size chart, I would wear a small but I chose a medium and they fit perfectly. Have tried many other pads, but these are the best so far. I would recommend these pads.
