Out of the 5 waist trimmers I have used over the last few years this one is perfect. It is long and wide so it wraps around and covers my entire mid section. The Velcro closure lets me adjust it to my liking, either really tight or loose but snug, and since I use a back support while lifting weights this is perfect wearing under the support to help prevent chaffing or pinching.

I'm not a small guy so buying waist belts in the past wasn't always good. The Slender 8 belt fits good and makes my waist sweat. I've only used it a couple of times since I received it but I'm looking forward to see if I see any results.

i dont know if it was just placebo, but combined with a steady diet of exercise, it theoretically helped me lose weight. i definitely sweated more w/ it on

This belt isn't very good at staying tightly on like the one i have from a different brand.

This product works well for the larger waists. With my 40" waist, this belt easily fits with an extra 8 or 9 inches of wrap. Fits comfortably.

This is a very nice waist trimmer, and the price is also vey good. I use it at the gym all the time.
