Very good protection, but way too stiff
If you just want to let someone let loose on you and not feel a thing, this will do the trick.If you want to comfortably wear it, and have it mold to you for moving around, and easily tie it, look for something else.I got the senior size and it felt way too small, I promptly sent it back.
