I always order Safavieh rugs because of their excellent quality. This is a very nice rug and I'm pleased with it; however, the color is more of a medium/dark blue, definitely not the deep navy I had hoped for. I am able to work it into my decor, but am a tiny bit disappointed that it's not a true navy color.

Beautiful, thick, super nice rug. Highly impressed with the quality. I’m used to rugs that have to be trained to lay flat or have carpet tape under them.This unrolls flat because its heavy and thick. Absolutely love it!

I have bought from this company before and have been pleased. But these rugs? WOW! They are so poorly made! Loose strings, frayed edges, shedding like crazy. The design isn't even sewn in properly, for example the circles aren't even circles. They are all different weird sizes and they have some of the gray showing through in places here and there. Honestly, they look used, like something you would find at the deseret industries. I bought three, only opened one. It was a hassle trying to get the one back in the packaging. I don't have a computer so now I have to haul them into UPS and have the labels printed. I am going to be more careful about what I purchase from now on. than just a few reviews! Not a good experience.Update: I've spent hours on the phone with customer service trying to get these rugs to be picked up in returned. Waited by the door for 2 full days and nobody has come! Finally I came to an agreement with a customer service representative and they emailed me this confirmation letter:Hello,I extend my sincere apology on behalf of ****** for the inconveniences you went through.Please allow us one more day to pick up the 3 of SAFAVIEH Bella Collection Area Rug - 3' Square, Dark Grey & Ivory, Handmade Dotted Border Wool, Ideal for High Traffic Areas in Living Room, Bedroom (BEL151X) from your location.If the pick up agent does not show up at your location till tomorrow, please call us back we will help you with the full refund of the item without returning it.I hope this helps.Best regards,Thank you.*************Did they come for pick up? Very cute rug and good quality especially for the price but when it was delivered the packaging was very hot and sweaty. The rug was damp and has a mildew smell. I’ve been trying to air it out with a large fan hoping the smell subsides.

This wool rug was perfect for the nursery. Comfy to walk or lay on however it never stopped shedding. Tumble weeds from the rug would be all over the room and all over your clothes if you sat on the floor. Kept cuz I thought it would eventually stop shedding . 1 year later it has a home rolled up in the garage.

The rug has some discoloration throughout which I didn’t expect for the price.

These rugs were the exact color I wanted for my Master bedroom. Very thick, very well made and Beautiful! They’re very thick and plush. They have a bit of a smell but once the newness wears off I’m sure that’ll go away. Great rugs for lunch bong rooms also, any rooms!! Prices were reasonably priced also.

This rug fills the canister in my vacuum EVERY time I vacuum. I have vacuumed this rug everyday for two months and it just sheds like crazy. If you sit on the rug with black on your clothes are covered with lint. It’s very disappointing because the rug is beautiful.
