Yoga - total 59 minutes 4- work outs 1= 15 min. 2= 15 min. 3= 12 min. 4= 16 min You can play one at a time or whole thing Pilates - total 74 min 5 work outs and cool down, 1= 17 min. 2= 7 min, 3= 12 min. 4= 12 min. 5 = 12 min. cool down 14 min. Nice workouts very relaxing, I enjoy all her DVD's Very Happy with purchase

I’m 70 and I can do it. I’m very happy with this DVD.

Q: Will the dvd work in uk?

This is for Krista sage. No this will not work on a UK player unless you have the various workings for international DVD's. Which can be set up on a computer or UK DVD player.

Q: Do you need any equipment?

You do not need any equipment. A yoga mat if you have one, but is not completely necessary.
