I did not have a good experience with this cell and after many calls to my Metro PCS support team, Amazon support team I was given a new replacement. The new replacement had the same issues as the first. everything was a hit or miss and not knowing if your getting texts, voicemails, app notifications were stressful.I received a voicemail 7 hours after the fact my 7-year-old son's school called to inform parents of a school lockdown in the afternoon due to the dangerous activity of an adult in the area. Then days later I never received a text message that was from my daughter's husband saying my daughter was in labor and on way to the hospital. (thank god for Messenger)Not to mention I am very active in employment searches and with so many unknown calls and not 1 voicemail received I am scared I missed some important calls. Also, all apps didn't send me notifications as I always received from my old LG cell.I am now sending back the 2nd cell and have gone back to my very old cracked LG. At least I know I won't miss calls, voicemails, texts, or notifications.I lost money by having to pay Metro to have my SIM service work on this cell, and the screen protector I purchased for a cell I can't keep. I should be reimbursed for my dealings of this cell and money lost!Was excited as it looks nice dissapointed in the results for the price.

El celular es muy bonito, la pantalla es super grande y muy buena resolución, PERO, en general el celular es bastante lento, incluso se me descarga la actualización del sistema operativo pero nunca lo puedo instalar porque al quere hacerlo, simplemente se cancela.Las 3 cámaras son de adorno, no te emociones, sólo funciona una, no he encontrado forma de hacer que las otras dos cámaras funcionen, incluso para las fotos "desenfocadas" lo que hace es poner un filtro borroso pero no utiliza las otras dos cámaras.Diseño: 5 estrellasRendimiento: 3 estrellas

I got this for a Chinese Smartphone and it's pretty decent and not too slow. The screen is decent IPS screen. The finish is a bit too flashy for me it was a mirror like blue color. The front camera is placed in an odd location to get front video picture capture.

Great phone for just talking and getting on internet. But you will not be able to find a real case to protect this phone (although it comes with a thin silicone case). But if camera quality and good quality sound when playing you tube on speaker; not too good. But I'm just picky. Not bad for price and the phone is pretty.

I had an Apple 5, to small and getting old. But I wanted one cheaper and bigger. I did my homework, read every review. Well, I took a chance and bought a blue one and I love everything about it. for the money, I m sold. It's faster than my old one, brighter and colorful. It takes a while to figure it out but you will. I love it. My carrier wasn't familiar with it so she looked it up and was very impressed. I m CC and it used a T-mobile card.

The phone got to me fine in the box but the screen protector was not in there. It was also a gift so when I got to my destination the person I got the phone for he had to call the 800 # to get the phone to work.

You have buy a headphone adapter for this phone and they don't have a gallery to store your pictures

The first day, the screen did not light up well and often stayed black/ dark purple. When the phone worked, it had good video, but then the screen stopped working completely. Once I called Amazon, the ruturn was very easy and the credit came back immediately. that's why I give it two stars. I ended up buying the new BLU Vivo XI. cost a little bit more, but it works.
