Very impressed with the quality!
Great radio, even for twice the money. If you don't have experience, it can take a while to learn, it has so many features! My intention is to get 2 more for the kids. I bought the GMRS license from the FCC so we could use more frequencies legally. Great for hobby or backup communications and for hiking, fishing, camping, etc! Way to go Mirkit!

Good service. Great little radios
One of my units was delivered with a bad battery. Will update as soon as the battery gets here and I can take them for a ski outing.Update: replacement battery arrived promptly and works perfectly. These little radios deliver great value for the money.

Read the manual
Great as Walkie Talkies, light and compact ... Great mobile radios
The quick start manual it comes is good to get started but is there an online more detailed manual available? That being said these are quality radio at good a good price. I own Icom aviation radio, Marine radios and these as good.

Good radios for the money
budget. Like the radios a lot. I already had three of them with the future of two more. They did not come in colors other than black like my first three. But that is all right. I have my five.

Ordered another battery and still no resolution. Awaiting a reply from manufacturer!
I was pleased with the product, until second use and the one unit was dead and wouldn’t take a charge. Ordered a new battery and still not working!

Programming cable does not work on windows 10
I bought this 2 pack with the cable so I could program the radios easily. I have tried to do this on three different computers and have been unable to program any of the two radios. Every time I get a message that reads "radio did not respond". Thinking about sending these back.Update.Seller sent new working cable free of charge. Excellent customer service.
