Great docudrama for the entire family!
I would recommend this DVD for people of all ages. Even younger children will get some enjoyment. The cubs are adorable and there is a story line that shows the plight of this species in the face of global warming. You will be glad you bought it.

Should have been warned - doesn't work in US
Saw on TV - was excellent BUT couldn't watch DVD - wasn't formated to watch in US. Had to return

Breathtaking
This is a visually stunning, breathtaking documentary.We follow the mother of two polar bear cubs and watch as the cubs have many adventures as they journey with their mother to the pack ice around the North Pole.When this was first aired on the BBC, my then three year old was also transfixed, even through she was initially concerned about the ‘daddy’ polar bear when he appears. Happily, he shows himself to be very friendly to the cubs in the last scene.Wonderful, cheering stuff.

V good cinematography
Bought for my mother who loved it. Some fantastic photography / filming - personally I would have preffered David A as a narrator
