The media could not be loaded.  I have been trying the vacuum for more than a week and I’m obsessed with it. It did everything it advertised and love every single features.We have an irobot at home. It’s easy and convenience but it never able to get the dust in the corner or the window bench, the space between bed frame, the sofa, etc. I need something light and handy.I was tempted to get a Dyson but it is just way too expensive. I started to research and found INSE vacuum. Since it has a very good review, I decided to give it a try and didn’t disappoint me.Package and installation: package came with all the tools and it took me about 5-7 mins to install. (Didn’t really need to read the instruction. :))Power and brush head: The vacuum has 2 speed modes and most of the time the first one is good enough for me. The battery lasts for my whole house vacuum. I don’t have animal at home so it’s not much hair. For the brush head, it comes with hard and soft ones. I don’t have carpet home and appreciate the considering thoughts of having different brush head.Weight: This vacuum is much lighter than my old traditional one and much easier to carry around (no wire attached). OMG, I love it so much how easy I can vacuum every single corner of my place.Portable: who doesn’t love wireless. Love that I can use it for my car as well.Features: The multi heads are the “winners”. I use it for my floor, the sofa, curtain, etc. (Other than iRobot, I also have a very big traditional vacuum that comes with only 1 head. LOL)Filters and waste bin: easy to detach and clean. You can just open the bottom lid and pour out the dust / hair. Filter also easy to detach and clean.Light: there is light built in on the vacuum so you can see clearly when try to vacuum underneath the bed.My words can’t describe all good things about this vacuum. I bought this 2 months ago and use it 3-4 times a week. I adopted kittens for the first time in my life and was not prepared to deal with the shedding. It was driving me crazy on clothes, sofa, floor. I have hardwood floors and daily swiffer works well but I needed something for my sofa. I purchase this based on reviews and I am really happy I did. First its really light weight and it maneuvers so well. I have tons of corners and sharp edges so I'm always twisting it and turning and it never gets stuck. It really picks up everything in its path. I used it to vacuum by the front closet my husband is in construction and I swear he brings a mountain of dirt and small rocks in his pants to drive me crazy. It falls out of his pockets and crevices by the closet this vacuum can handle it without a problem. I vacuum the living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a landing, kitchen, 13 steps, a love seat, full sz sofa, and around 2 cat litter boxes and the mats all in 1 charge.I usually do this 3-4 times a week to keep the cat hair, dust, dander, cat litter, rocks, and whatever else is on the floor under control. It is easy to change the filters, I pulled it out first time this weekend and wash it out and left it to dry completely before replacing it. I cleaned out the cup and the roller as well since hair and dust can build up on parts.I'm happy with my purchase, I'm using more than anticipated, its too easy not to use it. If I have anything to complain about its probably sometimes due to the cat hair or the excess cat litter on the floor I have to go over it 2-3 times in order for the vacuum to pick it all up. Not a deal breaker the vacuum has a light so you can see if the floor is clean. For a vacuum that was under $100 and its super light weight I don't regret my purchase.UPDATE 8-12-20 - after using this vacuum on a daily basis sometimes twice a day the roller stopped spinning. I was so upset and disappointed that this would happen after 6 months of owning it. I contacted the company and they responded the same day. After answering a few questions and sending a short video a replacement for the motorized brush was sent and received in 2 days. After replacing it still was not working, the company once again responded immediately and sent me a picture with an explanation that perhaps the pins located by the filter are not making contact. That exactly was the issue and now my vacuum is working again beautifully. I love this piece of equipment its so light and picks everything right up.This company's customer service desires 10 stars, highly recommended.

This is a very handy to grab for a quick go over. I used it on stairs with dog hair and did a good job. It has pretty good suction but only two speeds - so could use just a little more. Lightweight. Easily maneuverable - but in some instances a little too floppy - when using for angles and corners. Still worked good. Think it will be good to use in my camper when gone for the week. A little complicated to empty the collector at first but better now I have done it a couple of times. There is good filtration. I have pets and it picked up hair good. Does come with a cutter to get it out of the roller which is handy. It was amazing how much of my own long hair it actually found. Very pleased for the price.Sorry for my previous review - I was on the wrong item.

All of the pieces "click" together making it very easy to assemble and get cleaning!I've always owned a corded vacuum and wanted to switch to a cordless and I definitely won't be going back to a corded vacuum. The battery is rechargeable, I can clean my whole house on 1 charge. Simply connect the battery to the charger and it will be ready for the next day.Another big reason why I wanted this cordless vacuum was if anything breaks down I am able to buy the parts for it on Amazon as they have all the extra parts, motor, battery, nozzle. So again very convenient for their customers.The package itself came nicely packaged at first I thought the box was fairly small. Then I unpackaged it, everything was nicely arranged just a few pieces to "click" together and BOOM it was ready to go. Always a good idea to charge the battery fully before the first time using it.I vacuum every day so I put it through tests it easily picked up cereal, dust, sand, and other common messes quickly, and it’s strong enough to pick up pet hair without special tools. The price was reasonable and almost too good to be true!

Bought for cleaning my basement. Using around once per month. Batteries was lasting only 15 minutes after a year and not working at all after less than 2 years. Average time to clean my basement: 20 minutes, therefore after a year I was unable to clean the basement and had to wait for the batteries to recharge to complete the cleaning.

This vacuum cleaner is amazing! Light, good suction, easy to use. My house has never been so clean! Unfortunately, it stopped working all of sudden after 2 months of use. The good news is that the customer service is fantastic. After my first contact, Danna, a very kind agent, promptly answered my email and a new battery is coming, at no cost!

I bought this around one month ago, and have been using almost daily around my house. Suction is good, battery life is good and it's a light compact design, making it easy yo move around.It came with the main accessories needed to get into most places, and even came with a cleaning tool and spare filter. The canister design is easy to use and disassemble for cleaning too. The main cleaning head has great maneuverability to get under chairs, tables and other low furniture.EDIT: After having an issue with one of the latches, I contacted support (Danna) they were extremely helpful, once we had identified the correct part a replacement was organised to be shipped out to me.

This is a great little vacuum, it's already spruced up my cleaning routine! It's very lightweight, surprisingly quiet and deceptively powerful. The same day I got it I knocked over a planted plant and this thing sucked up the dirt like it was nothing. I was very impressed. Holds a charge much longer than I expected as well, though if you have a really large house with lots of carpet, it might not suit all your needs. But for us it's perfect.Full disclosure: the first product I received had a defect with the battery, but within a day of contacting customer service the ball was rolling on a solution. Danna (hi Danna!) was super attentive and quickly fixed the problem with care and attention. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and that I was satisfied with the outcome. Really great customer service!
