Multipurpose home remedy
1. Great for cough and cold- Sprinkle few drops on a clean handkerchief and sniff all day.Put a few drops in a vaporizer and take steam- very effective for dry/ runny nose. For sore throat, mix few drops with hot water and drink. Instant relief.2. Headache- rub on temple and smell.3. Great for stomach ache, period pain- add 4-5 drops to warm/ hot water and drink- relief after few minutes.4. Loose motions- add 5-6 drops of Amrutdhara to warm water and drink empty stomach.5. Pain in joints- knee, elbow etc.- mix few drops with regular massage oil (coconut or sesame) and massage.

Amritdhara as the name suggests is a real boon. .. It comes in small size trust me few drops are enough1. Steam inhalation -just 3 to 4 drops and take steam .. It really unclogs all ur nasal blocks2. Napkin - 2 drops on you or kids napkin will help with blocked noseThere are so many uses which you have to see the instructions and test it ... (To me no side effects at all) .. Invaluable asset
I used Amritdhara for my cold and cough. It's par excellent.I also mix it with oil n apply it on the soles of my feel every night.. This too has helped me

Product was great, have to wait for a long and packaging was horrible.
Product is really good to use. Packaging was bad, all the items were opened and took a long time to delivery as if someone manually delivered from North to South. Why don't you select a proper courier or speed post for the delivery?

Ayurveda at its best
It is a hidden gem. Earlier I used to use product like Zandu balm, Vicks etc. Then I read an article about how these product are damaging our brain cells. Amritdhara is made up of all natural ingredients and it is fully safe to use. I have used this product in headache, Cold, chest congestion and felt relief. This product is just a magic.
