Blood pressure monitoring is awesome!
I had a Fitbit, but after it broke, I was looking at some other fitness trackers. I love that this tracker monitors blood pressure. I wasn’t sure how accurate it was, so I tested it alongside my blood pressure machine at a local hospital and it was about the same.I like having the ability to monitor my blood pressure but also like the sleek look of the watch and the fact that I can check up on other things that every fitness tracker monitors.

Don't buy this
This watch is totally useless. The bp monitor is joke. It is no where close to what my bp machine reads. Even though when I am 140-90 the watch says 115-70 which is not even close. The step counts are totally random. It does not detect when I am sitting on sofa and still keeps counting the steps. The phone notifications are also works sometimes but sometimes not so unreliable. When I received this watch, it was already configured with some different location and timezone. Looked like it was refurbished item. Don't waste your time buying this. Don't be fooled by 5 star reviews which might be *paid* reviews.

Poor Interface; Inaccurate Readings
I decided to take the first smartwatch step with the moreFit and think it does three things very well: it's a fairly accurate pedometer, the two default time displays are attractive enough, and I love the sleep monitoring. Outside of these functions, however, it's got a long way to go.For example: I thought this would be a nice companion when I exercised, letting me know when my heartrate hit the fitness zone. It does not do this basic function, instead insisting that I have a steady pulse of about 74 BPM even after thirty minutes of squats, aerobics, and strength training. I was hoping that the sports function would fare better, but it failed as well. It has a limited range of exercises it tracks (one of which is badminton, known for providing a world-class, high-impact workout) and even when I selected "running" to line up with the aerobics I was doing, the numbers didn't coming anywhere near the results of my other calculators. The manual is opaque, the software is very much a product of a company for whom user interface is a tertiary concern, the app is not at all customizable with the data it displays, and it really bugs me how small the actual display area on the round face is.(Also: how is a $35 android device running sloppy software supposed to get accurate blood oxygen data? )Anyway, it's a nice-looking toy, but it is a toy. I'll be upgrading to something with greater functionality soon and I think that everyone who gave this five stars is either too generous or an out-and-out liar.

Great fitness tracker with a few areas of improvement
I never really liked my fitbit. A $150 pretentious gadget that well was under developed at the time I bought it (2016). I wasn't particularly looking for a replacement as I had bad experience with the Fitbit's band and I developed a dislike for wearing accessories. Yes, even regular watches.I came across this little tracker, wasn't expecting much in the way of features but I was pleasantly surprised in a few areas.Comfort----------The band is smooth and soft. It never pulls the hair on my werewolf wrists. Very comfortable to wear all day without feel agitated. The watch itself is actually light enough to not be a bother on your wrist.Battery & Charging----------------------I absolutely dislike the charging adapter, I took one star away mainly because of the adapter. It's not fun to align it and the whole clamp is just a tacky design. However, the battery life is a surprising pleasant story. I was charging it with the weather report sync enabled, it took about 1.5 hr to fully charge. If I had disabled the weather report sync I probably could've charged it in an hour. The first day, I enabled everything on the watch from the app. within 20 minutes my battery was down to 72%, I was shocked and utterly disappointed. Upon tinkering I found out its the weather report that was depleting my battery. I did reboot the watch as well. After that the battery went to 20% on the 7th day from 100% charge. This was by far the most I got compared to my Fitbit, which would start to die after day 4.Notifications---------------I enabled all notifications from the app. It's not the most feature rich interface on the watch to read messages but you get a nice blinking LED alert. It alerts you when you get a call, with the callers name. You can only read the messages you received, including banner alerts. In short you can consult the following bullet points to inform your decision.Pros:* Blood Pressure Monitor* Long battery life* Simple interface* Competitively priced for the features* App design, simple but effective* Connects with Apple Health as a data source* Connect with Noom as a pedometerCons:* Not a touch screen, uses a sensor button* Inaccurate sleep tracking (doesn't use heart rate, only motion)* charging adapter* App design, could use a make over* Manual, they should just stop wasting paperI have found myself wearing this more often that I thought I would. I can't speak to the accuracy of the BP monitor as I have nothing to compare it with, but it is consistent in its measurements. You need to make sure the watch is tightly strapped to get a proper reading. I recommend this for basic users who are looking for a budget friendly health tracker.P.S. I will post some pictures along with another watch I decided to try.
