Do Not buy this stuff. If you mix it like the instructions say it's more like a cement mixture than custard except it's more lumpy. And it doesn't even taste like bad pudding let alone custard! I kept adding water to it but it just made a lumpy gloppy goo. It was nasty. And ridiculously expensive. And I can't return it so I'll just toss it in the trash. Wish I had taken pictures . Really don't buy it!!! A waste of money!!!

I prepared this per the instructions using an electric mixer. It’s not bad tasting but not great. My issue is with the lumpy, sickeningly slimey consistency. I could see where this product could be appreciated by someone on a very limited diet And no other options but otherwise it’s just gross. And not cheap either!

No taste at all. Better make custard yourself using sugar substitute

I can't even tell you if it's taste was good or not because the texture was so overwhelmingly revolting about I had to spit it out. If any of you have evergotten xantham gum in your mouth or on your hands by accident. It's a type of low carb thickener. It isn't in the ingredients but that's what it felt like to me. I must have had to wash out my mouth at least six or seven times. If it gets on your hands it is sticky even after you wash them over and over.It leaves a sticky film on everything especially in your mouth . It doesn't smell good and I'm sure if I had swallowed it I would have vomited.

used this for my protein shakes to give a thicker texture a very little goes a long way taste amazing

Just like the others note, this became very clumpy as soon as I added warm milk. It's not smooth, not edible, and I might even agree with the others that it tastes like lumpy glue......
