Q: How do i add to a design you already offer?

not sure check the order for changes to given stiles

Q: what is the material the brand is made of? it looks like brass but seems to have a much higher melting point.

I believe it is brass. It works good! But practice a few times.. heat it for a couple of minutes. I use a propane torch. Then use it. But apply even pressure! But practice first..

Q: Your description says that you will not send a draft. but then it says that i need to confirm the draft within 3 days. i don't understand

They sent me a draft then I replied and they redid the draft. Works great

Q: Can they make a stamp of my signature?

i am pretty sure they can but you'll have to contact them for custom work. i don't think they will create a custom signature in the pricing they have published
