Great for prototype boards
I use this paste for making prototype PCB assemblies using a heat gun or halogen lamp reflow technique. It works well both via stencil and syringe application, and the mechanical properties at room temp after reflow seem to be about the same as higher melting point lead free solder paste.I've had a dead board on my car keys as a keychain for over a year now that used this paste, and the SMT components are wearing away before any of the solder joints have broken.

Plunger constantly falls out
It's great solder paste but it's deliver system is poor. Why does it come in a suringe??
