I really liked how thoughtful the design and packaging is. I love having the heat resistant glove since i didn't have one and the silicone glove for the iron is a nice touch if you're in a hurry to leave. The iron itself is fine. I only used a few times and seems to work well to straighten but the curling is a little iffy. I'm not that great at styling my hair and was looking for an easier alternative to a curling iron, but my results weren't great. I had to use in really small sections so it didnt get stuck in the teeth and it took a long time for ok results. I was able to get the ends of my collar bone length hair curled but harder to get it closer to the scalp.

When I took it to a hair appointment my hairstylist was able to make really cool waves that lasted a long time. But when I tried to do it at home, total disaster!!! You’ll have to figure out which temperature is best. My hair kept getting caught and didn’t glide through as smoothly as it does in their infomercial video. I had a bunch of funky bands and inconsistent curls/waves. When I washed my hair after using it, there was the overwhelming smell of burnt hair in the shower. I’m trying to decide if I want to keep it but I’m leaning towards no.

I've been wanting to get one of these for a while now. I have a bunch of other hair irons, but I'm always to lazy to use them or my arms start hurting after a while. I love that the heat resistant glove is included with this one, since I didn't have one before. I thought this iron would definitely cut the usage time in half, but it took about as much time as a regular flat iron. I did notice that this iron is not as powerful as some of the other ones. That means that it's probably not going to work on coarser hair, but that also means that it won't damage the gentler hair. Overall, this is a decent product that will work for some depending on their needs.

Bought it as a gift for my mom. She said its not an easy product to use. Never curled her hair, just straighten it out. Ended up giving her a regular curling iron

The temp is difficult to set. Since the handle is where the temp adjuster is by simply handling the base the temp keeps changing. The on and off button is inside which is difficult to find and turn on and off. The lock button is hard to use.

Didn't care for it. I have shoulder length hair and it pulled my hair out. I had to go very slow. The teeth are to close together or something. Then the ends of my hair never curled stayed straight.

Just make sure you go slowly and use small sections of hair. One of my girls has very fine, straight hair and it goes pretty fast through her hair. My other daughter has thicker hair so the heat needs to be higher and I have to make sure not to try and put too much through at once. The curls are beautiful on both types of hair! It heats up SUPER fast.
