I purchased this diffuser to help with my allergies and to add a calming, relaxing atmosphere for sleeping. At the same time, I purchased a different diffuser for my husband (he liked the other diffuser pattern/colors better). We've had them both running now for two weeks. I put 100 ml of water and one drop each of peppermint and lavender essential oils into the water. It runs all night (approximately 6.5 to 7 hrs when on the intermittent setting).I was worried about alot of noise being produced when we set these up. The one I bought for my husband (different brand) can be heard when it begins to diffuse. The only noise I hear from this model is a slight bubbling of the water as it begins to mist. There is no noise from a fan like there is from my husband's diffuser. This one is very quiet! It puts out a good bit of mist. I don't use the light on the diffuser because it will keep me awake, but when I did turn on the lights, each color is very vivid and bright.The decorative cage around this diffuser is metal with a green patina (think copper that has aged over time) with a royal blue undercoating. It's very pretty and sturdy. The base of the diffuser has vertical rubber flaps around the base that hold the cage onto the base very well. It isn't loose and doesn't come off easily which is great as long as there isn't alot of water inside the diffuser. I have cats and was worried they'd be able to knock this over or knock the cage off the diffuser. So far, after two weeks, I've had no issues with this.The cord is about 3 feet long and almost not long enough to reach from my night stand to the outlet in the middle of the wall. But that's the only thing I can say that might need improvement on this diffuser.Overall I'd say this is a fabulous diffuser! I even bought one for my mom and she loves it. Said she can barely hear the bubbling water, but when she does, it's a light pleasant sound. Sleep quality and sinus issues have been improved for each of us.

If you need a diffuser and are losing your mind over all the options on Amazon, this one is a good choice.We got it and have used it daily for about 3 months now. But the item seems to be as advertised in every other way. I haven't used it yet, but the instructions are straightforward and clear. The color-changing light is a neat touch. The "cage" is quite a bit more turquoise than I expected from the photo, but not an unpleasant color. I believe it will do the job just fine. If not, I'll jump back on here and make that change to my review!

I love the different light colors and steam options that are available. We discovered we were overfilling the water container and the steam wasn't coming on, but since then, it's been working great. The only negative thing I have to say is the diffuser is all plastic, I was hoping it was metal on the outside.

Great little diffuser! It’s perfect for my kitchen. It doesn’t take up much room and fits the decor. The diffuser is quiet and has a sortof rustic, greenish color and is metal instead of plastic which I really like. I use it in the intermittent mode and it will last a few hours before I need to fill it back up. I have diffusers running all over the house and this is one of my favorites.

Loved the price for this item and the look of it. I was looking for a difusser that would look good at work and this one hit the nail on the head. It's easy to use and looks wonderful. I also love the fact that the light is optional, you can have it on or off depending on your mood

Very pretty design. Wanted larger capacity and this was perfect. As others have mentioned, the color is definitely green, kind of a verdigris color. You pull off the shield to put in the water and oil and I need both hands as it is a bit tight.

I love how big it is compared to the normal size diffusers. The whole room was filled with oils in almost 2 minutes. I really like that you can have just the light on or just the oils on.... or both. The setting for how long is also just what I needed, I was to come home to the house smelling clean. So far I LOVE it. Plus it fits in with my decor! 🤓
