Uni-verse, Collectible Surprise Unicorn with Mystery Accessories, for Children Aged 5 and Up (Styles May Vary)

For me personally, these are horrible slimy things that create mess. For my 7 year old daughter this is a marvel and great fun. You basically have to drop the thing in water and as it dissolves the colour of the liquid determines the “world” your toy inside is from. Once it dissolves you have to plunge your hands into the slimy water and retrieve the item which is in plastic that you have to cut to get the toy and several surprises out. It comes with a card that tells you all about your toy and whether it’s “common”, “rare” etc much like the LOL grading. There’s not as much plastic waste as the other types but still too much for my liking. I only got it as she loves them and has been finding the current situation really hard. So anything small like this that can put a big smile on her face at the moment has to get 5 stars (while I continue to guide her to more environmentally friendly fun).

I'm normally not a fan of these "surprise" type of toys, but this one was actually really cool. The toys inside are well made and very pretty. I liked the idea of having a fun way to open up the toy. My daughter loved them and her little brother enjoyed helping with opening them. Even I thought they were quite cool. She got a gold unicorn which apparently is every rare, so she was chuffed.Good value for money unlike some similar things.

My 4 year old watched people open these on youtube and it blew her mind when I bought her 2. But I was surprised that you can only buy 2! It wont let me buy more. Also the spike is horrible hah she loves spikes normally but this felt like wallpaper paste. But great beautiful little toys xx

Great unicorn product.Bought 2, got 2 different unicorns. (1 glows in the dark too!)There are many different styles. This is series 1.Very well made. Accessories brilliant.Very happy with purchase.Buying more as rewards for my unicorn loving daughter. Who says these are the best uni figures she's ever had !Thank you from both of us.

The toy inside was well made and lovely. The dissoliving stuff was awful it was sticky and made a terrible mess. The basin had to be washed 3 or 4 times . I would not buy again because of the trouble getting to the toy. I have only given 3 stars because of the difficulties of reaching the toy and the mess.

My 5 yr old enjoyed this, but it wasn't clear as what to expect inside for parents. As its obvious it's a surprise for kids. Very slimey so I would suggest a big bowl of warm water outside. None the less she liked it. Only negative was the items were not worth the price. I suppose that's just how these are now days though little trinkets. Not saying I wouldn't buy again, but also not rushing to either.

Excellent value for money. The cloud looks just like a little fabric pillow and dissolves in water to reveal 4 packaged gifts. Be warned though, the outer packaging turns to slime in the water and that stuff gets everywhere! It stinks too. Might want to do the grand unveiling over the sink. I would like to buy some more of these. For a fiver you cant go wrong really.

It stinks a little and it is super gooey!! But oh so much FUN!! We loved it. Use a bucket and do it OUTSIDE!

Da amante “cronica” degli unicorni e di qualsivoglia oggetto (giocattoli inclusi) ad essi ispirato, non potevo non acquistarlo. Nella confezione è incluso un unicornino a sorpresa, ben realizzato, dai colori stupendi e dallo stile peculiare. In dotazione escono (anche) alcuni accessori. La check-list svela che ciascun unicorno si distingue per grado di “rarità” ed appartiene ad un universo differente; alcuni, inoltre, sono profumati (il mio emana un leggero e gradevole odore di cioccolato) - Tuttavia, un difetto c’è e va doverosamente segnalato: la confezione, per poter esser aperta, va immersa in una bacinella colma d’acqua tiepida: il tessuto del packaging a contatto con l’acqua si dissolve e “svela” le bustine con le rispettive sorprese. Il problema è che tale procedimento, almeno nel mio caso, ha emanato un ”odoraccio” fortissimo e sgradevole. Ergo: non lo farei mai aprire (e respirare) alle mie nipotine. Detto questo, trattasi generalmente di un buon prodotto, acquistato in offerta a 6€. Se dovessi ricomprarlo a prezzo pieno, invece, probabilmente eviterei.
