It works fast, lightweight ,nice slick case and most important does the job.Bought this for my xbox as run out of a space, and for those who biung it as external xbox storage don't forget you need more than 250gb otherwise it will not work,and to be honest it's no point buying less. As in headline you noticed 500GB≈465GB so it's in description anyway but thats how its masuared, Manufacturer use the decimal 1GB = 1000MB numbering system, while most computers label bytes in the binary 1GB = 1024MB JEDEC numbering system. that just to avoid confusion other than that great peace of equipment, works with my workstation, laptop and now formatted for xbox, ahh also works with smart LG tv .( i assume any smart tv with USB port)Tried on :xboxPCLaptop (asus)smart LG Tvall worked.Plug and playCon:ano "blyp" sount time from time when you connected to pc and transferring files, don't know why it's there.

I decided to buy a hard drive to save all the things on my computer since it was beginning to give serious and frequent problems. the hard disk it is really light and compact to be an external hard drive, the desing is as simple as I like and as regards the performance instead I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised, the speed of file transfer is really high and I could transfer all my stuff in no time without running into a computer block. fully satisfied with the purchase.

Plugged USB connection straight into my Samsung Q7 4K TV to use for recording and playback of programs. Needs no power of its own and small and neat. I've had the TV and storage device for a couple of months and used for record/play back of HD programs many times. I did lose connection between the TV and Device once but restarting the TV solved this. I suspect this was the fault of the TV rather than the device. Very happy.

I bought for recordings on my smart TV. Works first time, no problems did not even need to be formatted by the TV. Ran number of test recordings, live playback, time machine etc. all working faultlessly. So even if the set top box itself breaks down I can still have my most-liked programs and films on the external drive. I've never owned a external hard drive before so this product at this price was a revelation.Probably not the fastest HDD in the world but for a recording transfer speed is good enough. Never lost data or had errors .Easy to use! Compact. Would definitely recommend for TV recording or even PC backup.

Seems OK - worryingly small and lightweight. It's Chinese so I've got a strange suspicion there's actually an SD card inside with a load of lead weights! The USB 3.0 connector is extremely tight for some reason, but otherwise, just as expected. Formatted as exFat and 111GB free of the 120GB total.

I've recently purchased the 1TB version of this hard drive as I was looking for a quick and easy option to back up documents off my computer.I decided to go for the 1TB drive because of the small price difference.The drive itself is very lightweight and doesn't require a separate power cable. Just one cable from the drive to the computer. I've done some tests transferring large files across and I am getting around 40MB/s copying to the drive from my internal SSD drive. This is on a standard USB 2.0 port on my computer. I haven't yet had chance to try it out on the USB 3.0 port.I'm very impressed with the speed I have experienced with transferring files and how small and portable the drive is.It is early days but I'm happy with my purchase.

It works great with my PS4. If you are looking for extra storage for your games this is the best one you can get for a reasonable price. Its good value for money and works smoothly. I highly recommend this product to anyone thats looking to extend there PS4's storage space.

 Rally small but seriously fast, 1.8 GB transfer in seconds. It's portable so it doesn't need external power, ideal for me as I travel a lot and transfer media from and to mobile phone using USB-C hub.Well worth the moneys.
