Gotta give credit when it's due!
This is my 2nd updated review. At first I loved my Miko air purifier. Then after 1 year one of my air purifiers broke. I bought two of them and one broke after a year. I wasn't too happy about that. However I emailed Miko that I was upset that one of them broke after only a year. I showed them my proof of purchase in my email. I got an email back within 3 days saying they are sending me a brand new purifier. I received it within 3 days. That was great customer service. I was really impressed. I know these purifiers work great. When the light turns on to notify me that I need to replace my filter. You can't believe how black the old filter is compared to the new one I'm putting in. I'm a very clean person and I don't smoke, but yet the filters are dirty. That proves what a good job this air purifier is doing. Miko air filters are made very well and their not nearly as expensive as other brands. Another reason why I chose Miko. It really works great.

to hard to replace filter.
Very hard to replace in canister. Doesn't last nearly as long as stated. The cover is so hard to remove that I haveto get someone else to do it for me.I would not suggest this item to anyone.

Air purifier very good but filter only lasts about 3 months and is way to expensive to buy 4 a year!
