The plant arrived carefully wrapped in a tall upright box. I'd never ordered plants on Amazon so I expected less... Now I'm a fan of American Plant Exchange! The Norfolk Island Pine is healthy and large. I'll be repotting it soon so then I'll see the condition of the roots.I'm sure I will be ordering more in the future. This was a positive experience.

The plant is pretty. Knowing it must be difficult to ship live plants, this one arrived with the top portion already turning brown.

These trees really meant a lot after a neighbor viciously chopped down a Christmas-tree-sized Norfolk pine that I had rescued and transplanted and which had exploded in growth. It was originally her tree and she chopped it down. I'm hoping it will grow back but got two to replace it.

These are so beautiful.This poor plant arrived frozen and beat up. The deivery service did a crap job of it. Love the plants I get from here but don't order in the colder months, plants show up frozen. This plant has been watered and in good light for the last couple of weeks and the branches just keep shriveling up. Have writtent the company and gotten no response so will get one from somewhere else, in the spring.

This plant was in such perfect condition when it arrived that I touched the needles to confirm it was a live plant and not artificial. Very impressed!
