Excellent quality engineered tool that works
I had 2 sockets and 2 ring spanners none of which would shift a wheel cylinder retaining nut on an old VW T4 rear drum brake. I saw this tool and bought it as a last resort, this morning it arrived, so I cautiously put it onto the nut which was a really good fit (the previous ones were not such a good fit), I gave it a short sharp hit with a small hammer and the bolt immediately came free, the tool is solid and therefore never bounced when hit which means the energy is all focussed onto the removal of the bolt in angular torque. For this to work it must be a good fit, this tool is exactly 11mm and fits precisely. Fantastic!

Untried
I bought this for my motorbike toolkit. It is a handy size for a small tool roll. It appears sturdy, but I'm yet to use it.

good
I thought they were good for the price, I have not put them to any real physical force yet but I think they are sturdy enough to cope with anything. Time will tell but I am confident they will hold up.

Gets the job done
I own a small socket set but sadly it only offers me 6 or 10. It skipped the middle one si might need such as an 8!That's where this comes in. Nice and sturdy. I use it to help me remove the clasp that secures the car battery on my Peugeot 206. Perfect for that and rather than leave it with my tools it's nice and small to leave in the side door compartment.

Very low quality. Avoid.
I have used these since the 1980's. Pictured is my 1990's Facom unit at the top, and this item in the middle, with a nut and bolt at the bottom.Picture 2 shows how the thread should pass through the hole at the top.Picture 3 shows the hole is too small on this item.I have bought cheap ones like this before, and they are serviceable. This one however looks like it was partly explained over a bad phone line. A hole has been made, but the fella had no idea why he put it there. The hole is not centered, and is not large enough for a standard M8 thread (that most often found with 13mm a/f).I have the 10mm version of this too, and it is the same shoddy design and build. For a fiver it should at least work, and I may keep it as I cannot be bothered to return itEdit...Just before finishing the review, I checked that both ends took a 13mm nut... Nope, angled end does, straight end does not.

Works as expected
Bought this to use for a bike rack tightening bolt. Works perfect and is small enough to easily store in the back of the car.

Use these on container ships
We have certain ships that use turnbuckles that have a 17mm set nut to keep them tight while under way. Once in port for discharge you have to losen the jam nut to remove. This is small light and works great
