It was ok until it came off my ear and dropped on the hard floor at work. So it broke the first day I started using it.

Perfect, works really well, charge time is fast, battery life is long. Sound quality is amazing.Update after a few months:One of the buds broke/fell apart from just normal everyday use, even though handled with care.

Sound quality is good. Microphone also works well. Battery life could be a bit better. Good value for money .

Bought this product & was unable to use as one of the earbuds was damaged and not able to charge. I have had to return them. I am unsure about re-ordering in case the same thing happens.

Fantastic quality ear buds with a sound you would not expect for this price range, who needs to spend hundreds of pounds for this sound quality.

I made sure they were fully charged before using them. They only lasted 25 mins and the left one would drain out quicker by 5 mins than the right ear. I did the recharge them again and again same problem again on diffrent occasions.I really wanted to love this as like love the idea of them being wireless and with them costing a little more bit expensive that others sold.I found the ear part to big for my ears and they would fall out so easily. I was disappoint with that also. Sound was clear when on the phone. A few time I was told by the other person on the call I sound too far away. Music sound ok

Love these. My only problem is the lack of comfort due the them being a bit on the large side inside my ears.
