Got what was pictured
I also ordered two more of the same size soft shackles when I ordered this. That way I now have 4 soft shackles and this rope. I also purchased a shackle hitch at the same time as well because going off a ball hitch is not recommended, and the shackle hitch sticks out only 3" vs the ball hitch so I'm less likely to nail my shin on it. I do take the shackle and leave that inside the truck so it doesn't fall off or walk away.Used it once to pull a car that was partly off the narrow dirt road going up into the mountains the first time I took this out with me. The car was an older honda civic sized vehicle so probably under #3k. I did feel the rope stretch slightly and the guy commented that it was much nicer than getting pulled out via chain. Other than that the rope seems durable enough though time will tell. All the shackles and rope fit in the included bag too.Update: 3/19/2020I used it another three times today to pull vehicles out. First was a sedan that missed the turn and the front was in a snow filled ditch. No issue and did two tugs, first being really slow to see if the car moved and 2nd was 2nd gear low range with a couple mph of speed. Husband showed up before I rigged this rope and he had a chain and an empty receiver hitch (I have the shackle hitch but the keys to remove it were at home) and the only thing he had was the safety chain holes to use so I did it with my little Frontier.Second was a mid size suv (probably around 5k or so in weight) that nailed a snowdrift and got hung up in the middle. Snowdrift was near 2 feet deep and pretty hard snow, I dug around the front and used a soft shackle around the a arm. That took three tugs with the first being very slow and then two 2nd gear ones to get her out. The lovely DOT closed the major roads down so she had to take backroads to get to the hospital to start work (bless her for dealing with the sick folks during this covid 19 outbreak!).Third was a father trying to get his daughters car up a slight hill on a dirt road covered with around 6 inches of wet snow. He had at least a 3/4 ton diesel 4x4 with studs on front and new all terrain tires on the rear but ended up with a 2wd as the open diffs let one front and one rear tire spin. He had a strap hooked up but what he used to attach to her car tie down point broke so I hooked up a soft shackle (the tie down point hole was maybe 5/8" big and maybe 1" clearance on the top so not much room at all!) to this rope and another soft shackle to his strap which was hooked to his truck. He pulled her a few feet and then he was spinning, I hooked up and engaged the rear locker and pulled her right out and barely broke traction. I run fully studded winter tires and with the locker I had no issue.Soft shackles.. while not as strong as a metal shackle they are much more handy to hook around suspension parts or the small tie down points. Just make sure to have the sheath protect the shackle where it goes around any kind of edge, which is why I bought two extra, because you never know.Only negative is this rope is probably a bit larger/stronger than I need with my pickup for what I was doing today as it did stretch but probably not much more than a foot when I pulled the lady in the drift out. The stretch does make it a nice somewhat soft tug compared to a chain though, just wish it was more stretchy. Maybe I'll have to hook it to a tree and pull on it a few times with the truck to break it in more.

No soft shackles
When I received the order the soft shackles were not in the box. Called Amazon they apologize and they resent it. Unfortunately when it arrived for the second time, the soft shackles once again were not with it.

Best Kinetic Recovery
honestly it took me so long to decide which product and type I should buy for my JEEP Grand as i do not have DIFF-LOCK and easy to get stuck in sand dunes ,and after checking with friends and watching a lot of videos and even checking on Amazon reviews ,I decided to buy 7/8 inch 20 feet that comes with Soft Shackle which are very useful and I went off-road with my friends hoping that we will test it and honestly the performance was awesome I got stuck one time ,and my friends pulled me out using it in a very smooth way ,it is kinetic performance make it easy ,and even we tried it with other cars like the Nissan Pathfinder ,DODGE RAM and GMC SERRIA and it did very well ,also the case is okay
