Racold Omnis Lux White body Black Panel Storage 2KW 10 Liter Vertical Water Heater

The heaters were delivered on 3rd September 2020. Its been one month after delivery, still no technician to install the heaters. All I get is apologetic email responses from RACOLD company, assuring me that a technician will call me shortly. However despite 4 email sent with a gap of 1 week for each email, all I get is a apologetic email from the company and no one has either called or turned up for the installation of the heater. Today its 02/Oct/2020 and we will complete 1 whole month after delivery of 2 units of RACOLD heaters. RACOLD seems like a very very very unprofessional company due to their lack of service. I would not recommend this heater to anyone who is buying. DEAR RACOLD COMPANY I NEED INSTALLATION SERVICE AND NOT YOUR APOLOGIES PLEASE!!!

Great product. Provides quick heating and also customized temperature control. Colour scheme is also sober and very good. Quick installation on the day of delivery. Absolutely loved it. It's a pocket sized dynamite. It is well fitted in my small bathroom.

Till date after long use giving good performance and look

This one star is for seller, Orderd white-black and received whilte- gold. There is no power on LED on panel, difficult to know gyzer supply is on or off in first glance. Also front panel fixture is not perfect one side is in popped condition.

Received defective product from Amazon n the courier person is not coming for pick up since last 3 days.

No warranty and service.
