This bulb is size of a night light bulb. Make sure you check your dryer model before ordering. This works great - the original bulb worked for 6 years. The dryer we had prior to this one didn't have a light and I am now accustomed to having a light in the dryer - especially at night.

Very easy to install. Bulb is a warm white, light looks dimmer than original bulb, which was a bright white. Not a big problem, glad there’s light again inside dryer.

I bought this for my front load Maytag washer and it works just fine! Wasn’t sure if they could be used interchangeably with dryer or washer but was told by a helpful Amazon customer that they can be used for washers also.

Don't know how long this bulb will last....but it's working well so far and was easy to install. My original bulb lasted close to 10 years.
