Great jerky maker!
I’ve made jerky a bunch of times using deer roast in the past and this time I used ground and it turned out to be the best jerky I’ve made! Used 8 pounds of deer ground and 2 pounds of ground beef. Rural King jerky seasoning and it was phenomenal!!

First of 1 item in the box was so out of shape it wont let you screw it on.2nd. Pay little more money and get something returnable!This item is 100% junk!
