I received the item and immediately charged it - it was already about 2/3 charged I would say. It came with a user manual and 2 replacement blades. It is easy to use, but I would recommend you move slowly with it, and perhaps try going in circles or alternate directions if you don’t initially see results. My husband got a little flustered when he was doing a flannel shirt until he started going slower in a circular direction, and then the pills started coming off quite well. The BiN is a reasonable size but you will need to dump it and clean it if you are doing a lot of garments at one time. It also has a cover. You have to remove the battery protector before you start it up. It’s nice that you don’t need to plug it in and it holds the charge for a while. I’m not sure how long - we used it for about 20 minutes and it was still going fine.

I very seldom do product reviews, and I'm not being compensated in any way. I got these very annoying little pills all over my couch because I made the mistake of washing and drying the cushion covers. I don't know what I was thinking. I didn't want to get a new couch yet because we have 3 children 5 and under and I was hoping to hold off until my toddler at least was three. But the pilling looked so bad I was very tempted to dump the couch. My friend recommended this product, and I love it, it is so easy to use! it came charged, and it took the stuff right off. Best of all there was no instructions I had to learn. I just pressed the button and when it filled up with the little pills from the couch I just emptied it out. Easy breezy! Couldn't be happier!

My sweater was so badly pulled that I thought I’d have to throw it out. I ordered this as a last resort, and while it didn’t do a perfect job, it removed enough pilling that I can wear my sweater again. It’s fairly quiet and easy to clean. The instruction booklet doesn’t give thorough instruction. I didn’t know how to remove the thing that blocks the battery until I came here. (Pull the out little tab on the front of the unit.). All in all, I’m glad I bought it and would recommend it.

Cumbersome

What I like about this shaver: Rechargeable with usb and can be used while plugged inWhat I would like ro see improved: a little faster shaving, the pilling will come off but it takes several passes to get it the way I want itOverall: I have grown to like this because it is less likely to damage more delicate material but it takes longer than other battery powered ones. I can live with taking more time because this is sturdier and is rechargeable.

I almost sent this back. It is really not that great. But, the positive is, it has not put holes in any of my clothes yet like my old defuzzer did. It just loses power quickly, and you have to stop in the middle of one side of a pant leg to clean out the lint so that you can get full defuzzing power back. All the lint gets trapped at the top and clogs up the blades. So, you have to take it apart all the way to clean out the blades every time you stop as well. It just makes defuzzing even more time consuming. I would say, keep shopping around rather than purchasing this one. It's not awful, but it's not magnificent either.

I had one of these for 18 years and it was a great device unfortunately the batteries corroded in it and was damaged. So in looking for a new one I came across this one and LOVE that its rechargeable. No worries of batteries. I was concerned with the size because my other one was much smaller BUT this was actually a lot better.First the coverage area you can do at once is much larger so I was done in less time. Secondly was very easy to grip and maneuver. I really am enjoying the upgrade to my 18 year old device.

I wish I got this little tool sooner. It is small but very easy and quick to clean the hair balls off my clothes and my wool blankets. The rechargeable battery is great that I cleaned many sweaters and blankets without one charge. I love the detachable stainless steel strainer and a big fuzz container. They are very easy to detach and clean. Very nice design.
