BARCOGrey's Anatomy Active 4275 Women's Logo Waist Drawstring Pant

I am very impressed with these scrub pants. The material is thin, which I like because I tend to get hot in scrubs, it's very soft, doesn't wrinkle easily, and is extremely comfortable to wear. The waistband has a drawstring, and is very flexible, not at all stiff and binding. The leg openings are slightly wider at the bottom and are very flattering. I'm 5'2", 175lbs, and wear a Petite XL pant. The length is a little long for me, but I wear Dansco's and it looks just fine. I'm surprised these fit so well, as Grey's Anatomy scrubs have always been on the slim side and not for people with curves. But these are by far the most comfortable scrub pants I have found. I even went ahead and ordered some tops and they fit as well. I'm very pleased with this purchase!

I am a 3xl so I got a 4xl and they fit perfectly, comfortable and still room and I also dry my scrubs after I wash and they don’t shrink

Nice flattering scrub pants, these do not have as much stretch as the other greys anatomy scrubs I have, and they tend to run on the smaller side maybe just because of the material. But I still really like them and they are in no way uncomfortable in my opinion. I will say I am 5’1 &125lbs. I ordered a small petite. These petite pants are pushing it on length if they were any shorter they would be high waters on me so if you are 5’3 or up I’d consider doing a regular size rather an petite.

Overall I think this is a fantastic brand of scrubs. Comfortable, cute colors, handy extra pockets to keep pens and such in. However, I have found the sizing to be kind of weird on these pants. The first set I bought were medium, and those fit great at first (I typically wear a large for pants), snug in all the right places and very flattering. After a while the mediums became, ahem, slightly snug so I bought a few new pairs in large. The larges are quite baggy on me despite being the same brand and same specific style from this brand. I kept them anyway because they are still comfortable and the waist fits comfortably without my butt hanging out at work all day.

I love how soft these pants are. I do not like when pants feel like stiff fabric. These are soft. I wouldn’t say stretchy but soft and comfortable. However, I usually get XL for a baggy fit but these fit the way a large normally fits me. So if you’re large, I think it might work. I find most of these pants are baggier in xl so maybe get a size up depending on the fit you’re hoping for. But definitely very good quality and fits great on a curvy body. (My hips/butt big) so for me it’s perfect.

These pants run small & also don't have enough booty room (& I don't really have a butt). All other scrubs, including Barco, I own are this size & they fit fine. These fit but are snugger than I'd prefer & I'm constantly having to pull them up in the back b/c they're constantly riding down, like they just didn't put enough material back there for ya booty. I know that sounds silly but... They are really nice quality. I won't be ordering again, even up a size, b/c I'm afraid that won't fix the booty room issue.

I like how comfortable and casual these scrub pants are.A 8 hour shift in these is definitely do able with these scrubs pants. Also great quality.

I always have an impossibly hard time finding scrubs that fit me because I'm very small (about 5'4" and 100 lbs) and these in an XS are great! The waist has a stretchy elastic band that fits perfectly and the pant legs aren't too wide or too slim. They're a little long for me BUT I can just fold the waistband over once and then it's perfect. The pockets are conveniently located as well. I honestly love these.
