Awesome little device!
I ordered a Vance and Hines Competition Slip on for my 2016 Harley Davidson Street 750. I was getting a lot of pops which I don't care for. I purchased this little tuner to remap my bike and it helped get rid of the deceleration pops! It was extremely easy! I was very very hesitant on purchasing a "used like new" thinking someone flashed their bike and returned it. I bit the bullet and ordered it, thinking if it was already paired I could always return it. Well it paired to my bike, I updated the firmware and remapped my bike for this muffler. Definitely recommend! Dish out the $350-$400 for this vs going to the dealer for $600 for a tune.

Great for a stage one
I have bought two of these now. One is on my Eletra Glide and the other is on my road glide. Vances and Hines has great customer support and and will talk you through every thing. Super simple plug and play and a great app to go along with it.

Quick and easy!
Install was pretty simple.on my 2017 Harley Wide Glide and setup was even easier! All you do once the app is installed and the tuner is updated is select your aftermarket exhaust and it will upload the pre-made map and thats it! There also seems to be more fine tuning you can do if you are educated on that stuff but I am not so I did not bother looking into it.

Works great
At the time I bought this tuner, the seller offered a "used" tuner for cheaper. I was a bit sceptical as I know these tuners are paired to the bike you hook it to forever. So I was worried I would get it and find out that someone bought it before me and tuned their bike and then sent it back, saying it didn't work or fit or something. But I figured if it didn't work when I got it, I could just return it for another so I took a chance. I really didn't see anything work with it. The box may have been a little screwed up. But it was sealed up. The owners manual and tuner looks perfectly fine. I hooked it to my bike and it works perfectly fine. At the of purchase, the price elsewhere is about $415 pretty much everywhere. I paid $366 plus tax with free shipping. So not a bad savings in my opinion. I am recommending this to my brother who would like one for his bike. And I would recommend it to you as well. Thank you

Excellent addition to my Harley 48 and FatBoy; Easy, Reliable and Obvious improvement. *Update: Durable!
I installed this on my 2015 Forty Eight with a Screaming Eagle Stage 1 air cleaner and Vance and Hines 3 inch slip ons. It's so easy I wouldn't even consider it an install. Plug it in, turn on bike done. It immediately connected with my iPhone. I was able to originally select stock HD pipes and high intake air cleaner. The bike immediately ran a little smoother and cooler. This was great since the bikes (especially in CA) come extremely lean from the factory to meet emissions standards. Just upgrading your stock bike with the fuel pak will help it run richer (cooler) and smoother. After I installed the new pipes, I upgraded it selecting the exact V&H pipes, high intake air cleaner and uploaded a new map again. Bike runs smooth through the gear range, has quicker acceleration and sounds incredible. The Fuel Pak made it easy and saves you $150-200 you'd pay each time the dealer flashed the map.I leave the FuelPak installed and am able to see everything on the bike in real time. You can see intake temperature, operating temperature, spark, fuel economy etc. Download the app and check it out in demo mode. You can see everything it has available. I haven't used the autotune (don't need to) but it's simple and comprehensive if needed. You can also go in and individually adjust the map parameters if you're so inclined, but I don't need to and don't have the level of knowledge to make individual decisions. But the flexibility is there if you need it.This or the Powervision Dyno jet? Both great units. The Dyno jet has some additional features. You may have to call them and give them your specs to download a specific map. But you can load custom maps from other sources into it. You can leave it attached to the bike, but you'd have to mount it on your handlebars. Dynojet is operated through it's screen, while the V&H is through your phone app (which is more convenient to me). The dynojet is a little more complex and flexible, but also not quiet as simple or accessible. Depends on your need. For more advanced programming and/or racing probably the dynojet. For casual riding, regular use and ease; I like the V&H. The only 2 downsides I think to the V&H Fuelpak is the lack of brands represented in pipes (i.e.; V&H, Roland Sands, etc). If you have Bassani, Cobra etc, you'd have to either call V&H and they will tell you which map to use, or use a base map and autotune. Both acceptable and easy, but it contributed to my decision to buy the V&H pipes. Just easier. Second is inability to load custom maps. Ie; you can't download a map off the internet and load it, if that matters to you.Overall; excellent product, well designed, easy user interface, reliable and typical Vance and Hines quality. Couldn't recommend more highly. [...]. Thank you!.Update: 08/09/15: I added this unit to my 2015 Harley Softail Fat Boy. I had the same easy experience. I used the AutoTune on the FatBoy and it worked well smoothing out acceleration and riching up the engine. It works as advertised, very simple and very effective. Secondly; I installed hard bags on the FatBoy during which, I dropped the fender. Unbeknownst to me; the FuelPak slipped through a crack down in front of the fender. I recently went to remove it after AutoTuning to discover the accidental "relocation". It was bent, seared (from contact with the motor) and the case was cracked open. I about had a heart attack. I snapped it back together, used electrical tape to close it back up and plugged it in. Works perfectly.Full and complete acknowledgement to Vance and Hines for making a very durable, tough, Harley worthy product! It literally took a beating, burning and cracking and keeps on ticking.
