Good customer service
I have ordered two of them and been confirmed they were dispatched unfortunately afterwards one was cancelled by reason that the product was out of stock, I was frustrated and unhappy cause I do not need only one, called the seller and they sorted the issue by offering not only refund but also promising 50% off the Rug when available again on the stock

Meets my expectations
I liked the quality. Not so sure how easy it is to clean as I haven't had it that long. WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA IF WE CAN GET A DOOR MAT TO MATCH🙄

Good value for money
The reviews for this rug were mixed so I was a little sceptical! However it is really lovely!I use it as a long runner in my hallway and feels lovely and soft!I bought the grey but would consider getting another colour to change it with!

Good quality
Very slippy so use with a non slip mat. Looks lovely.

Colours vary but pleased with these runners.
Bought two of these - but colours don't match! Thankfully not running together and are separated someone. One is a darker/lighter colour to the other.
