It's not bad
I don't love this chocolate. I also don't normally like "organic" things, but I will try them if they're really good. But I don't dislike this chocolate either. If you were living dairy free, this would be -the thing-. It's not bad. The texture is a bit crumbly, but it will smooth out as it melts. The flavor is a bit "odd" likely because of the almond milk/coconut sugar.The only point I really dislike is the bold claim "no cane sugar!" as though other added sugar is better. It's technically true, there's no table sugar here. But it's not "healthier" because the sugar came from coconuts. It's still sugar!I don't think I'd repurchase for myself, but I wouldn't feel like a jerk gifting this to the vegan friend in my life.
