I bought this specifically because of all the various items that you can use it with. The "User Guide" that comes with this makes IKEA instructions look like Pulitzer Prize winning work! You have to set the temperature in 2 stages and those stages do not match up with the instruction manual. I am still working out the kinks with this as my first shirt did NOT come out. I also thought the swing away design would be easier for making shirts, but I agree with another reviewer who said the lift design is easier. I plan to update this review with instructions once I figure them all out :-)

January 16, 2020 I got this for my wife.She love it.After a month the machine started Acting up and falling apart.Like on YouTube I seen a lot off ppl have the same problems.1It Shut off on its own,it stop heating up and the top of press bolt keep coming off.I payed over $180 and I’m not happy with the product and the price change.I wish I can send it back but my wife has hope that the ppl we buy it from can help fix the problem.We are email them and they email us back but had no luck of the fixing the my problem.Plus Amazon keep removing pictures and videos that I have send to show them the problem.Plus it may cost A lot of $$ to send back.Buy at your own risk.

It’s ok if your not going to be switching attachments, my handle screw came loose and the only way to screw it back right is to remove the whole top half so I’m just sticking it out because the screwdriver that came with it doesn’t go with any parts on the press 🤦🏽‍♀️

This product didn't work at all. No heat ever came from unit. Control panel didn't match instruction book. Now I have to pay to return this heavy box. I would much rather they try sending the proper control panel because it would be much easier to just return that part.

Works very well Daughter loves this thing. She hasnt used the mug attachments but the press works exactly as it should. No complaints thus far

love it. It would have been perfect if it raised up and not swung to the side. But it gets the job done just the same.

Damn thing was delivered to the wrong address- took over a month to get to me. And then fell apart before I was even able to use it.

I bought this to start my little business an after about 20 uses it fell apart n stopped working
