This dresser FAR exceeded my expectations! I was hesitant to spend the money for a dresser for the nursery without being able to see the quality in person but it worked great! I did change the pulls bc I wanted cuter ones but the quality is great and it is very sturdy!!

I liked the looks, price and the convenience of delivery. It was fairly easy to put together!I had a bit of damage on pieces, so I called the manufacturer and they sent me everything to replace the pieces! They were very good, I would recommend the dresser if your starting out. I looked at name brand stores and this was far better for the product and price.

This dresser came damaged, right on the top and front center piece- so the first impression when you see it is that it is of poor quality. That impression is unfortunately correct. I gingerly open the drawers every time I use it and they still slip off the tracks. They sit crooked after the tracks came loose due to their poor quality.This is a piece of garbage and I regret buying it. Don't make the same mistake. I'll buy future furniture like this in person, and certainly not any "South Shore" products.

It's not heirloom furniture, folks, but it looks nice in our guest room and will fill the bill. Our room is on the small size and this dresser is less deep than some others we looked at, perfect for our situation. Although the dresser arrived within a reasonable time frame, the top was cracked and one of the drawer fronts had a quarter-size chunk out of it. Customer Service shipped out replacements right away, so that eased the pain. Assembly was fairly simple; I had no serious problems. We replaced the drawer pulls with something more stylish and we're happy with the finished result. .

Okay, so, this dresser comes out as shown, its perfect for its price BUT, if you do not have the patience of a saint and the will of a God to put this together, spare yourself, this will not be for you. It was A LOT of pieces and instructions were like 30 pages long with no words, just diagrams. If that doesn't bother you or scare you off, find a good show (a movie won't be long enough) to watch while you do it to help time pass. Also, hopefully, like me, some of your pieces won't be missing the labels =)

Absolutely perfect! From beginning to end, this was the easiest piece of furniture I've ever had to assemble. If you follow the instructions, you will have no problem. I laid all pieces out according to the instructions and then it was just grab and go. Hardware was labeled clearly (and there were a few extra screws and wooden pegs which was nice). It is incredibly sturdy and the drawers slide out with ease. I did raise it because it wasn't tall enough for what I needed but the size is great regardless. The drawers hold a good amount of weight and I have no worries about opening several drawers and the dresser falling over. I purchased another piece of furniture from South Shore and was equally impressed. I will make an effort to purchase from this company again, no complaints!

Update: Dresser is crap. Bought in July use daily in my nursery, it is falling apart. I need to buy a new one because it’s not safe to have around a child. The drawers fall off the track and do not open and close correct. Wasted money, do not buyThis dresser is similar to IKEA quality. It’s a 200 dollar dresser you can not have the expectations that it will preform the same as an expensive one. It was super easy to assemble and looks nice. Two pieces did arrive damage but the company quickly sent me replacements

Really like this dresser. Their customer support is excellent if you're having any issues during assembly. It wasn't exactly simple to put together, but completely logical... just takes some time and following the instructions. For the price, it's not going to be a family heirloom, but fairly sturdy, looks nice, and functional. Definitely going to order additional furniture items from South Shore.

We bought a 6 drawer dresser. Great service it came before the date they told us. The dresser is super sturdy. It has a lot of pieces, but easy to assemble. One pice was broken, we followed the instructions and they sent a new piece in the same week. It was very easy.

Good value for money. Easy to assemble and looks great. Had one issue, one piece was broken in half, and the top was dented in 2 places even though it was well packed. Probably due to rough handling during shipment. Customer service was excellent and replacement parts arrived 2 days later. Assembled the drawers first while waiting for replacement.All in all a lovely dresser and any issues are taken care of promptly by company. Great service.

Love this dresser, it fits perfectly in the nursery for my baby girl! Nice sized drawers for baby clothes and products. I have her change pad on top of the dresser and still have loads of room for other things on top. Bottoms of drawers are a little flimsy but fine for baby clothes, just don't overfill!Putting it together was easy-moderate, took about 2 hours and definitely need 2 people. Just followed the manual and had no issues.Didn't come damaged or missing any parts, very pleased overall!

The pieces were very well packed and there wasn’t any significant damage to the box, but the main dresser top piece has a few dings. One is particularly noticeable but I kept it anyway because I couldn’t wait for a replacement part. The dresser is solid and heavy, and the drawers are a great size and slide well. I would buy it again.

I am quiet pleased with this dresser. Arrived on time but 2 pieces came cracked. After a quick call room South Shore they sent me replacement pieces and their customer service was great. My only reason for not giving a full 5 stars is because the drawer faces on the inside are rough material and not sealed or covered with the white material like the front. This will mean I have to make sure delicate fabrics don't get close to the front or they will likely snag. The one piece I needed replaced was a drawer front and it was sealed all sides which is too bad the other 5 aren't the same way.Took about 2 hours for 2 of us to put together and instructions were clear and simple.Update: I have had this dresser now for about a year and have had 2 drawer bottoms break out of the drawer frame and have all the contents fall out. The first one had a few packs of baby wipes and some empty baby bottles for storage. I was able to glue the boards and it has held now for a month. I had the second one break with only a few pairs of pajamas and 2 crib sheets in, so it's not that they are over weight.I still really like this dresser but it definitely needs to be reinforced with proper wood glue when you are building it to ensure your drawers don't break
