BrooksAdrenaline GTS 20

i have flat feet. I have tried a number of different make running shoes. these are by far the best that i've had. the support and cushioning are just right. no over pronation and no sore ankles after running. brilliant.

These shoes are amazing, I’m onto my third or fourth pair and I love them. Great amount of cushioning, and great support for those of us who need it. Disappointed that Amazon sent the wrong size to me tho, I sent the shoes back and asked for the size I ordered to be sent to me (size 11) and yet again the replacements were the wrong size (10.5). Would highly recommend these shoes, and Start Fitness have been reliable every time I’ve gone there, also better on pricing (no affiliation, just happy customer of theirs). I only came to Amazon for colour range but won’t buy these on here again.

Brooks is a guarantee when looking for a reliable and high performance running shoe. I had a pair of gts 15 that I destroyed, it was just natural to step on the upgraded version.Love the clean look, love the stability, the cushioning and the response it gives to every step. Adrenaline is perfect fot my pronation and my knees problem.It would be better to try these types of shoes, but in general you should buy 1/2 size bigger than your usual.

I bought these shoes for over £100 in June 2020. I have worn these when just out and about with light walking but not running or carrying out any intensive exercise (the reason is that I injured my Achilles’ tendon so has been very light walking). It is now 9th September and I’ve just noticed the start of a split of the soul - please see photos. I am amazed at this particularly for the expense of the shoe. I don’t think the shoe is up to standard and wonder if I’ve been given a sub standard pair. However, there seems no means of returning them :-(

I never really know whether these reviews are genuine so I thought I would do one Item was delivered quickly, opted for 1st Class not premium or prime service and they came the next day! Ordered trainers half a size larger than normal shoes as advised by professional runners and fit perfectly with decent running socks. Ran about 40 miles in first week and so far, they are brilliant. No aches, pains and very comfortable and supportive. Had some GTS 18s and happy to say GTS 20s are the improvement Brooks claim and continue to lead the way.

The shoes is fine. But it wasn't for me. I wanted a modest stability shoe as I probate a little bit and it does ok for this. But the sole is way way to firm, I have Asics gt 8000 which I find to from and the Brooks were even firmer. So it wasn't going to work. I need a stable shoe to support the arc but it needs plenty of cushion otherwise the knees take a beating. I'm 36. I will try Hoke because they have a big stack height or Nike vapor

Quite dissappointed. The shoe was damaged just after my 3rd wear. I expected a 100£ shoe to last me much longer than 3 wears. The comfort is good enough but I do not think the materials quality is upto the mark. You might be better off buying ASICS or other stability brands.

I mainly run on roads and these are, by far, the best shoes I have had. I have a fairly neutral action and these work well with absolutely no lateral roll. Reasonable grip and seem to last well.I am normally an 8.5 or a 9 and in these shoes a 9 fits well.
