Large Silicone Pastry Mat

It is VERY difficult to find a baking mat that fits my bakers 3/4 sheet! No curled corners, a perfect fit!! This mat is wonderful! Bakes evenly and is easy to clean!!! Made in the USA😁

After reading many negative reviews on Silicone Baking Mats, I was hesitant to purchase any brand but I was tired of lining cookie trays. So after purchasing 2 new pans it came down to finding a mat closest to the size of my new Wilton Baking pans (20.5 x 13.25). The Artisan 2/3 size Silicone Pastry/Baking Mat was the closest I could find to fit the pans actual inside measurement of 19.5 x 12.5. Less than 1/2 inch goes up along each side and length is perfect. I made Chocolate Crinkle Cookies today and they turned out perfectly!! These cookies get sprinkled generously with sugar so I was happy to find the mat cleaned so easily and no sugar on my pan (it still looks new). These mats did not bubble or give off any odor at 350 degrees. My favorite part - I didn't have to find parchment to cool the cookies as after a couple minutes the mat was cool to the touch and I was able to lift the mat & cookies straight to the cooling rack!! No sugar all over the counter!! When the cookies cooled, I was able to remove them from the mat with my fingers. Normally they stick to whatever I cooled them on and had to be lifted with a spatula!! I went from hesitant to delighted with these mats and now glad I bought two!!

Using it primarily for kneading doughs and I’ve enjoyed it every time. Doesn’t slip or roll, and the excess flour is easy to control. A bit difficult to dry after washing, but that’s the nature of silicone. Use it two or three times a week for rolled biscuits.

I love my baking sheets, but the parchment paper I was using was getting pricey. I searched all over to find the correct size mats. This mat fit perfectly! My husband popped it in the top shelf of the dishwasher and it came out great. Not sure if it's rated dishwasher safe, so I'd recommend reading manufacturer instructions. I would definitely recommend this product. I love it!!

Easy to clean

Perfectly fits my 3/4 aluminum pan

It seems like a good mat quality wise. However don't be fooled by the dimensions advertised. It's too small for a 2/3 size pan. It's advertised at 21" x 15". Actual measurements are 19-1/2" x 13-3/4". Too small for my pan all around. Also when you click on the item image to enlarge it for viewing, the ad states " Artisan Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mat with Measurements - 2 Pack" It is NOT a 2 pack. Single item only. Returning product.Update: upon further investigation of 2/3 pan size silicone mats, it appears in the reviews they all seem to be the same size, (too small for the 2/3 size pan). I don't understand why the 1/2 size pan mats fit the 1/2 size pans so well and the 2/3 are so much smaller than the pans...?! If you make anything sticky - cinnamon buns, or stuffed pizza bread for example and they leak, that's going to run off the mat and pool between the mat and the sides of the pan. Then you still have a great big mess to scrub clean. So what is the point of this baking mat? Still looking for a silicone mat closer to the size of the pan.Final update: Frustrated, I started searching other websites. I was on walmart.ca when I noticed a baking mat by Mrs. Anderson's Baking. The dimensions are stated at "20.5" x 14.5", fits standard 16" x 22" baking pan". Excited I added the mat to my cart, but there's a $12.80 CAD shipping fee. I do not like to pay shipping fees. I will always look for another comparable product that'll ship for free. That was when I decided to search amazon.ca for Mrs. Anderson's Baking Mats. Turns out Amazon does carry Mrs. Anderson's products, but for some reason they do not come up in the search unless you search by name, (what's up with that, Amazon???) I found the same baking mat, no shipping charges. I ordered it through Amazon. This baking mat actually FITS my 2/3 size baking pan corner to corner PERFECTLY!!! The dimensions stated are the actual dimensions of the mat. Very happy with my new Mrs. Anderson's Baking Mat - 2/3 pan size @ 20.5" x 14.5".
