REALLY WORKS FAST
Received my RESCUE! Disposable Yellowjacket Trap - West of The Rockies - 2 Traps yesterday afternoon. I read directions and followed them exactly, hanging them at night, filling up to the line as directed, with water, and letting it have up to 5 hours for the bait to get to full potential. Got up this morning and BOTH TRAPS FULL OF YELLOW JACKETS! I hung the one 20 feet from a nest I took out a week prior; and hung the other in an area about 40 feet away where I saw the Yellow Jackets fly after it went into my bird bath and got water, so I thought that would be a good spot. BOY WAS IT. WOW, could not be more pleased. I noticed some comments here that says they don't work. I would ask: did you buy the correct ones (West of Rockies/East of Rockies); did you hang them in the right place. I am West of Rockies and this works on the species of Yellow Jackets in this area. Bravo to RESCUE! I must have 300 bees already and it's only 10 a.m. Follow all directions and suggestions. 5 STAR FOR SURE! BOTTOM LINE? THEY WORK EXACTLY AS INDICATED.... THESE PICTURES WERE TAKEN THIS MORNING FROM THE OLYMPIC PENINSULA IN WASHINGTON STATE, WEST OF THE ROCKIES :-)

Hundreds of Yellow Jackets caught in a few days!
Hundreds of yellow jackets caught in a three day period. Immediately worked. If put out too early in the season, not as effective.

Don’t Bother if Nest is Near Lots of Bloom
Disappointed. I’ve had these 2 yellow jkt Rescue bags up a foot & a yard from the live nest /exit hole from the nest inside our wooden porch pillar for 2WEEKS. Refer to the photos. I’ve only capture 2 wasps!! One in each bag. Don’t understand. Other reviews caught hundreds in a day. And I easily see that flying in & out of the pillar nest. I’ve climbed up the ladder to the bags, and noticed no smell but saw white sediment at the bottom. Don’t understand how it didn’t resolve with all the 90+degree summer days. I’m really bummed. It might be b/c there’s so many blooming pollinating flowers (sunflowers & rose of Sharon) within feet?? And Alternative wasp killing dissolving spray foam (I purchased separately at Home Depot) didn’t stop them either. Might have to purchase a HazMat suit, night vision glasses and chaulking gun next... and seal their tomb. So disappointed I wasted $30 & our time purchasing /hanging these Rescue bags

Life Savesrs
These yellow jacket traps were life savers. I do not know why the yellow jackets were so thick this year, but they were, and no other type of pest product could keep up with the volume of yellow jackets in our yard. These bags are very easy to use. Just cut around the top with a pair of scissors and pull up the tab, hang the bag in a location away from people and the yellow jackets swarm to the bags.Remember to hang the bags out at night when the yellow jackets go dormant. If you try to hang them during the day you will be swarmed by the little pets.We had hundreds of dead yellow jackets in these bags; they fill to the top. The smell of the dead bugs is not pleasant, but take them down and just throw them away. An excellent product for sure!

Works great!
The only reason I did not put 5 stars is because I wish it would last a little longer. But I do have to say, compared to any other trap I've bought, these by far have worked the best! I've put these up all summer long around the property, and we've hardly had a wasp problem like we have had every summer. Will continue to use.

Great product but quality control is a big problem
Out of 12 that I ordered 4 bags failed. Bottom seem leaked all over my kitchen causing a big mess. I ordered from Amazon that only offered me to drive to a inconvenient location to return this leaking mess. Not worth my time and I would hate to send this in the Mail. I would suggest buying from a local store that has a good return policy.

Really worked for this camping trip.
First - be sure to read the set-up instructions and only cut open the circle on the top as directed. I didn't and had to improvise to correct my mistake. Saying that, I mounted it on a tree trunk at the outer edge of our campsite and it really pulled the yellow jackets away from our campsite. If you do cook meat, a pesky straggler will still annoy dinner but this trap really kept the yellow jackets at bay. Today, I bought two more to keep stocked in my camper. I personally had great success with them and got kuddos from my fellow campers for being the "boy scout" who came prepared and made everyone's August warm weather camping experience more enjoyable. As I said, I bought two more today for the next trip.
