Not bad, tastes good although strong smell of dry vinegar is a bit off putting.

I’d heard a lot about this spice, so thought I’d try it. I personally found it underwhelming. But it looks to be good quality Sumac.

I have had a number of jars of the shawarma - it is a firm family favourite. Can thoroughly recommend. Great quality and amazing flavour.

I've tried several versions of amba sauces, having tasted it once at a wedding. none of them were even close to what I'd had. then I stumbled across this and my gawd, it is wonderful. it's a little pricey so I can't use as much of it as I'd like to! it's great on chips, with rice or couscous, brilliant with Moroccan food, and it jazzes up sandwiches...especially roast chicken ones! yum.

Tastes like supermarket curry spice mix.

I bought this to try on a prawn dish and was very pleased that I did. I sauteed some medium size prawns in a little garlic butter then stirred in 1 tsp. of Pul Biber, added a handful of (pre-cooked) penne and 2 spoons of cream and combined it all for a few minutes. Very nice flavour and an enjoyable meal.

I bought this as I had run out of my usual brand and urgently needed it. This is a bit pricey and I did find it does not have that much but the flavour is nice
