Cheap product that came broken. The charm fell off when I opened the package. That holder is what holds the keychain portion of the case. The case isn’t a flush covering, there is a huge gap in the back that sticks out. Not sleek or stylish and definitely not secure. Emailed the seller because the notecard claimed lifetime guarantee, I got no response on damaged keychain.

I really like this product its So pretty, gives good protection for the airpods although I wouldn’t say it is the tightest fit but nevertheless after a month of use I have had no issues. Does tend to get lint trapped on the case and let dirt slip through. But if you want a pretty case with a cute pom pom clip at a good price this is it. If you want 100% drop proof, waterproof and exact fitting case look elsewhere.

This is a lovely case giving good protection to my AirPods Pro case. It is thin so doesn't add too much bulk and also has a nice soft touch feel to it. There's a simple rubber flap on the bottom so a cable can be used to charge, however I've been using a wireless charging pad, which works perfectly even with the case. The battery light also shines through and is clear. Very happy and a great price too!

Looks amazing & I love it! It’s silicone and I dropped my AirPod case a couple of times and still holding up great.

I absolutely loved this product until today when it fell apart :( I’ve only had this case for 6 months and have been in quarantine for most of that time so they’ve just been sat in my house. Please can you organise for a replacement to be sent?
