VViViDWrap Cut Vinyl Wrap Edge Cutting Detailer Tape 200ft (1 roll)

I tried a more expensive and highly-rated, item and wasted close to $100.00 on the tape and the wrap. MUCH ANGER AND FRUSTRATION OBVIOUSLY.I received this cutting tape about two hours ago and have worked with it, testing straight and curved line cutting. Wow!!! I'm impressed. This product is cheaper and thinner than the prior, easier to work with, and the cutting thread is 3 times stronger. I'm excitedly awaiting the arrival of the new wrap. I have no doubt that the application will go well with this tape.

this stuff is ok. I had difficulties going into the first cut off the edge and had to use an exacto knife to get the cut started. One instance the string broke. Overall I guess it did the job. I probably wouldn't order again though.

I'm new to the whole vinyl wrap thing, and recently I decided to wrap the roof of my truck because it was starting look bad and I'm not ready to paint it yet. This tape works great, just lay it down where you want your edge to be, and after youve gotten your vinyl laid & formed to your part you just pull the string out for a nice crisp line with no cutting, no blade ever touches the paint on your cars finish. Simple but effective.

So it’s prob me, but I have not been able to get this to work when wrapping on a motorcycle.You would think it would have a pamphlet or something with the product for newer users like myself to a product/ wrapping world

Like other vvivid products, this stuff is garbage. I have had friends buy their vinyl for me to install after they tried and failed. It wasn't them, it was the vinyl. Its garbage. I also had a customer bring a panel for me to re-wrap. The stuff he used before was vvivid. The glue etched the factory paint and damaged it. I had to sand down the whole panel to make is smooth again and it will have to be repainted at some time in the future. I thought the knifeless tape would be ok and I was wrong. String breaks too easily. Messed up a couple times where I had to replace the whole piece of vinyl, so I just pitched the rest in the trash where it belongs. I use 3m and never have an issue with any of their products.

So it works well, cuts good and leaves a nice line. It doesn't stick super amazing but wasn't too much of a hassle. Probably biggest problem was in corners even large radius ones. It tended to bunch up or not stick at all.I would recommend for pin striping but get the good stuff if u gotta do corners.

Product worked perfect just did a few practices. This product is great for straight lines and slight curves but will not make large curces. Overall I would use it again for straight lines in my vinyl

Fast delivery on a reasonably priced product. I have no issue using this tape on the straight cuts or curves. This is your poor mans knife less tape. No complaints or issues ever. Save yourself some money and go with this product.

It is indicated 3 straps of protection and a protected squeegee. I received only 2 strips and the squeegee is not protected

Poor adhesion on the tape but its okay. Not much car to wrap so i use this to floss my teeth. Very good
