It works well the only thing that doesn’t help are the sticky hooks. Those don’t stick and collapsed the same day. But I did need this really bad as a long dog gate would have been expensive. I bought adhesive tapes that hold 12 pounds and stuck them onto the back of the hooks. This helped a ton and it hasn’t fell down since. To be extra careful I added them around the edges of them so they stay on the wall. So yes I do recommend this product but buy adhesive tapes so they’re extra durable. They’re inexpensive and at least the cost of this and the tapes are way less than having to buy an dog gate.

Excellent product. Easy to use and install. Instructions were clear. Quality is good.

It's garbage. Is your wall the exact dimensions of this gate if not it will not work. It has no adjustable rods so it can't reach my walls. I got some string to reach the 2" gap. Immediately the adhesive on the wall popped off. Stop a dog from breaking out? I think it's optimistic to say it could stop a slight breeze.I would advise taking your money and using a pile of pennies to try and stop your dog it will likely work better.

Great idea. Great price but not so good. None of the hooks provided would stay on the wall. The loops are not in the same location. Meaning the top loop doesn't line up with bottom loop position. I did buy command hooks and they worked better. I have a small obedient dog. The gate works for her. Should have taken a few minutes to put up. But two days later I would go to fasten loop on hooks and hooks would be on floor. If the hooks had stayed up it would have gotten a better rating.

Sadly this is a terrible terrible gate for anything, let alone an 80lb husky. After being installed and even allowing time for the sticky hooks to dry, at first attempt to put pressure against the mesh, the hook straps broke, an 2 different styles of sticky hooks came off of my walls after being cleaned and dried they still did not stick to the wall.

Oh my word this gate has been such a life saver! We have a hallway that during a few hours in the morning needs blocked off so the bunnies can roam down the hall. Then in the evening it needs blocked off so the dogs can’t go down the hall to get a snack out of the litter box. But it needs to be accessible to the cats as all times. It has two hooks one at the top and one at the bottom to unhook, it is not adjustable. This was an easy solution that has made life TONS easier!!!

I attached these to our deck but the adhesive did not stick well. Then within 1 week, the hooks broke off causing the rod/gate to fall. Attached another hook and same thing happened. This is not sturdy at all. Instructions say to hook the elastic loop to the hook but it easily slides off the hook with a gentle breeze or when someone walks by. We even tried to screw the hook panels to the wall and the hook itself broke.

This gate didn’t stick to the wall for more than an hour. I attached the sticky pads as instructed to the walls and then attached the gate. It wasn’t tight enough at the bottom even after rolling up the excess and the large German Shepherd puppy crawled right under with ease. Then while no one was touching it later, the sticky pads fell right off the walls! Not a good product and did not serve its purpose.
