My family and I finally used our hydration backpacks, all 5 of them arrived in perfect condition. We went on a hike and we enjoyed using our packs for the first time. The Packs didn't feel heavy (on this hike), the shoulder straps were very comfortable and we liked very much both options for the outlet for the water (we have a lefty in the family). I like the quality, features and benefits of the pack, we are impressed. The size we ordered were perfect for all of us, including for our 9 year old - the pack is not too small like others and not too big for her. We live on a tropical island so it’s not much what we have to carry but will update my review after we return from a longer hike with a different climate, where more needs to be packed.Update: After our hike to Mt. Fuji, we mainly used these small packs for the children to carry their little things. I was disappointed that the rain did get inside the pack and got their belongings wet. Luckily I carried the most important thing (extra clothes) in my other back pack and they were able to keep warm and dry during our hike the next day. I changed the rating to a 4 Star, because regardless of the rain getting in, the packs are still very comfortable to use.

After my old backpack broke I knew I wanted something with some insulation qualities for my daily mountain bike rides. Secondly I wanted something very light. The FREEMOVE has satisfied both. The insulating qualities are effective for a 2 hour ride and keep the contents well below ambient temps into the 90's. I have yet to actually use the bladder (I used a bottle inserted into the insulation pocket) so I can't comment yet on it's user friendliness. I suspect it will keep the contents especially cool, especially when ice is added. Also, I can transfer the insulation bag to larger backpacks for other uses. FWIW. Hoping that someday someone will design a smartphone holder on a backpack that is easily accessible when riding. So far as I know, all backpacks must be removed to access the phone. This is usually inconvenient when riding especially when receiving texts.

On first opening the package, I was impressed. The backpack had a lot of room. The bladder itself seemed to be well made, and I also liked the fact that an insulation pouch was included. The bladder hose was also insulated as well. From the look of things, the backpack is made to keep things cold. This is especially important to me, because when summer comes, it gets really hot and humid. I have ran with the backpack once, and I am pleased to say that it did not feel bulky. The backpack stayed in place, and did not shift around a lot. Overall I am impressed, as to wheather the backpack will last, only time will tell. My only complaint is that upon first use, the water had a plastic taste, but that is an easy fix.

I absolutely LOVE this product. The insulated sleeve is especially nice since most hydration packs don't come with one. I've used this on biking trips and for hiking and loved having water (hands-free) on my back. .. no more having to carry empty water bottles until you finish your hiking trail or bike trip. This kept my water cold until the last drop. I had a slight issue with mine at first, but the company was quick to fix it. (Good customer service goes a long way with me).

I've owned several Camelbak hydration packs and have always been satisfied but when my last one fell apart after many years, I decided to try the FREEMOVE, mainly because I liked the idea of an insulated bag to keep the bladder cold, but once I started using it, I was impressed with the design. I also appreciated the insulated tube. When the bite-valve apparatus developed a leak,, I tried to buy a new one but it wasn't available online so I emailed the company asking what I should do. I got an immediate response. They told me they did not yet sell just the valves but would send me a new hose and valve. All they needed was my address. Within a couple of days, the package arrived and they had even included a cleaning kit! It's wonderful to see a company stand behind its product.

Bought this somewhere in June, but had put it aside until the next bike trip. I go to get it ready on the day of our bike hike, ONLY to discover that it LEAKS, As I look closely as to WHY water is coming out at the bottom near where the mouth piece attaches, there is like a razor blade cut at the right corner. Now, I ask my self, "where/how did this happen?" I know where it did NOT happen! For sure! Well, it is now too late to return it! Isn't that special now? Well people open everything and check it out as SOON as you get it, who know what "seconds" (or thirds) are being sent out!? USELESS!!

I LOVE IT!!!! It's light weight and holds EVERYTHING!!! I used it for a recent spartan race and was super pleased.

This was my first hydration pack, upon receiving it I was very pleased. After using it I was even more pleased. This thing is awesome!!! The cooler bag kept my water nice and cold for almost two hours in which I drank it all so I'm sure it would have lasted even longer. I would definitely recommend this to anyone for any outdoor activity. The only think I didn't like was wearing the stomach strap while mountain biking but that is a product problem it is just a personal preference. On the product side of that con I was able to tighten the straps with it off of me to the point of being flush with the bag which was perfect.

I bought this hydration pack for my girlfriend as a birthday present. I have another brand for myself which I've had for years, but this one is like the top of the line. Many really nice features about it, very well designed... they've thought of everything. I really like that you have the option to use the insulation case around the bladder if you wish, and the insulated supply tube is a great idea! (The supply tube on my old backpack is not insulated, and the water that sits in the tube gets very warm on a hot day). Another great idea is the additional storage bag on the side strap, for carrying your phone or whatever... you don't have to remove the backpack to get at it. It's a very high quality Hydration Back Pack... well worth the money!

I bought it for my girlfriend and she loves it. It look tough and it's light weight.
