Shred Bars- Nutty Caramel Crunch 1.55 Oz-box of 7

I wanted to like these bars. 15 grams of protein in a bar that is kind of like a Snickers bar? The actual taste of the bar was not bad, but the subsequent severe abdominal pain was absolutely awful. I read the ingredients only to discover these bars have carrageenan as an ingredient. Carrageenan! Really? Carrageenan can be very inflammatory and cause gastric distress. Will never buy these again.

Very good taste, satisfies your sweet craving because it is almost like eating a candy bar.

Very tasty, but my stomach was not fond of it.

Very delicious for 150 calories. No after taste. Love them!
