PersolPO3186S Round Sunglasses

Although Persol is owned by the vision giant, Luxottica, itstands apart from the designer brands you normally find at Sunglass Hut.First off, Persol lenses are crystal lenses. (The polarization is also much more even compared to other high-end brands like Tom Ford). This means you're getting the absolute best clarity available with more scratch resistance. But crystal lenses are heavy. You'll notice most Persol frames are front heavy and thus have a tendency to slide forward. The other drawback is the acetate is somewhat soft and easy to bend/warp, so never leave these in a hot car.That being said, I love Persol as a brand. I *highly* recommend you try on a pair before purchasing online. Persol tends to fit wider/larger than other brands so you can't rely on measurements alone.Lastly, some sellers on Amazon are selling display items as new (no lens sticker or hang tags), so be aware of that as well.

Luxurious, they look pretty distinctive and recognizable by enthusiasts. Got me a lot of compliments, i wish i went for the 53s though i guess they’re a bit small. Btw i got them for 138 so be patient you might get it for this price or better

Bad quality. It loosened up after only wearing once; could barely clean the lenses without the whole frame moving around. Had to return right away. Too bad, loved the style and shape.

The Persol Po3186s I received were well packed and authentic. There was a slight white mark on one of the arms, but not noticeable unless you were really looking them over.

Iconic brand, quality lenses and yes, style

Bought new glasses but received used glasses in horrible condition. Visible scratch marks on one lense and fingerprints all over the other. Metal is tarnished and has dirt in the joint. Glasses were clearly worn and are being sold as "new". Very disappointed.
